Busy Bees Hove

I looked at 3 nurseries (including Busy Bees) the second I walked in the door I knew this was the childcare centre for our little boy…inviting and welcoming but still with a hint of formality, with the team being in branded t-shirts (which I like). Myself and my son loved it from the word go – with plenty of free settle sessions leading up to the official start date we had plenty of opportunity to get to know the team. On the big day, he cried and so did I – I will never forget his key worker comforting both of us, and putting us both at ease on that difficult first day back. My little one has his favourites, (they all get favourites) – but all of the team are absolutely incredible and can’t do enough for us…I don’t know where I would be without Busy Bees and take every opportunity to suggest them to friends and family! We adore you Busy Bees. Well what can I say about Busy Bees in Hove – everything you would expect from a childcare centre and more besides.

As soon as I saw the childcare centre I knew it was the one I wanted to look after my son. The childcare centre has a lovely sense and all the team are welcoming but what sold it to me was the outside space and the lovely home cooked meals. The garden is incredible and is used all throughout the year. The team are outstanding at developing the kids’s imagination and my son thrived. When I went back to work I had no problem in sending him full time and when his sister was born a few years later she went pretty much straight away. I am so grateful for the care they provide and the milestones they have helped to achieve. My daughter continues to go there now and she loves it, the team have watched both my young kids grow and have helped their development immensely. Highly suggest this childcare centre I am unsure I would be cheerful sending my kids anywhere else. My son started back in 2012 he was 3 months old and went 1 day per week.

During her time here she has grown in self‑assurance and made lots of friends. The team are excellent and the facilities are remarkable. They have just introduced an app that gets uploaded with info and photos. My daughter thoroughly enjoys Busy Bees.

Like any mother, I was nervous my daughter would find the transition into the childcare centre setting difficult, but she’s absolutely loved it! When I pick her up she’s consistently been doing enjoyable activities with her little friends and that cheerful face has totally set me at ease. Thank you team! I’ve been thrilled with the team at Busy Bees.

They adore it! They both get so excited when we pull into the drive. It’s like a big family, The team are lovely and attentive. There is consistently lots of lovely things going on, the kids are clearly discovering and developing all the time. The food is home cooked and varied. The chef is a favourite with my grandchildren.
The rooms are decorated in a lovely beach theme, neutral colours. It’s consistently very spotless. The garden is very big and has just had a makeover. It’s an incredible space for the kids, it’s like a park! My Grandchildren adore it and consistently seems to be outside playing.

We delight in being included in childcare centre activities. We are consistently invited to events such as Grandparents day, Summer party Christmas crafts night. It’s got a lovely community atmosphere. The kids sometimes go next door to the care home to sing and read stories to the elderly, which is delightful. I highly suggest this childcare centre. Both my grandchildren attend this childcare centre and have since they were babies.

She settled in quickly, loves her days at childcare centre and has formed great relationships with team. She comes home each day cheerful and looking forward to the next day. She loves the food and wide range of activities. Our daughter started attending Busy Bees at Hove during lockdown.

The garden is well laid out and large in comparison to some nurseries I have visited previously. My son is cheerful and well looked after. They go out of their way to make the kids cheerful. I have only been at Busy Bees for a short period of time but so far I am very cheerful with the team and attentive setting I have seen.

Our two youngest have had fantastic journeys here. Straight away we were welcomed like family, all aspects of the boys discovering and care has been carried out with professionalism, yet has been enjoyable-filled at every minute. I loved greeting the boys at the end of their action-packed days, finding them with beaming smiles, tired eyes and full tummies with lots of tales of their days.
I loved every single team member that formed relationships with the boys, they all had their uniqueness and contributed only positive attributes towards the boys.
Wish they continued to educate until school leaving age if I’m totally honest. I can’t thank or praise Busy Bees childcare centre in Hove enough.

His settling phase went smoothly and the team was very supportive. In particular, he has quickly built a great relationship with his key person. It is a excellent journey when we pick him up or drop him, to see that everybody is very positive and welcoming so our son enjoys being there. We are very cheerful that we have chosen Busy Bees at Hove as it seems like it was the right decision for our son. We started with Busy Bees in August 2016 before our son turned 1 and I was getting back to work.
