Charley Barley's Nursery

We moved our son from his old childcare centre to here in November last year, as we moved house and have been so impressed with the team, the team, the updates, the policies in place and the kindness of all who work there. Everyone is so compassionate, attentive and really and truly want to get to know your kid as an individual and cater for their needs.
Would highly suggest. Charley Barley’s is without a doubt an outstanding childcare centre led by exceptional management.

For our kids, it feels like a home-from-home – they adore their childcare centre workers and talk of them fondly. For us, as parents, we trust them implicitly – our daughter has medical needs which the childcare centre manages beautifully. They are responsive to concerns, they plan activities thoughtfully and my kids are excited to attend. I couldn’t ask for more! I couldn’t speak more highly of our journey with Charley Barley’s Childcare centre.

They go above and beyond in every sense. Their programming is creative, enjoyable and filled with developmental benefits. They communicate well with parents and are very accommodating of any needs specific to your kid. We moved to the area during COVID and selected Charley Barley’s online without even visiting, so it definitely felt like we were taking a big gamble… But we truly won the lottery and have been so cheerful with our decision that we often pinch ourselves. I’d highly suggest them to anyone considering a childcare centre in the area. Charley Barley’s Childcare centre is an incredible childcare centre filled with remarkable team.

My boy started at nine months and settled straight away, he’s now been attending for five months, and we couldn’t be happier. We get great updates on the app, and find the care diary very useful to know how his naps and eating has be throughout the day. The managers are consistently present and communicate well with any changes or general goings on in the childcare centre. All the team, not just his key workers, know my son by name and greet and say goodbye at the end of the day, which is really lovely. While the garden isn’t massive, they seem to work it well, so he gets lots of time outdoors, and where possible, they take them on trips to the park nearby. A remarkable childcare centre with excellent care and updates.

He attends full-time and the childcare centre offers exceptional value for fees as it includes meals, nappies and suncream. The team are inviting, welcoming and offer exceptional assistance to our son; he really enjoys childcare centre life. He has progressed so well due to their focus and interest in all of the kids – they consistently seem to be doing something interesting every day – trips, visits to the library, the post office, local parks and playgrounds, regular yoga sessions and too many more occasions to count! If we need advice or guidance as a parent, the team are very open and extremely supportive to offer help or assistance where they can. The childcare centre has outstanding updates with parents via emails and photos/videos through the app (which is updated very regularly). We are very cheerful with our choice of Charley Barley’s as our childcare centre and couldn’t suggest the childcare centre more highly. Our son has attended Charley Barley’s Childcare centre from the age of 1 and has had stellar care to this date.

The team are welcoming, engaged and supportive. The activities and trips they do with the kids are varied, educational and enjoyable.
They provide a inviting and nurturing setting and have also been supportive with advice and assistance whenever I have had any issues with my kids’s development or behaviour.
I would highly suggest this childcare centre. I have been very impressed with Charley Barley’s Childcare centre for all of the six years that they have been looking after my kids.

Adore the little childcare centre, will be sending my daughter there as well, my son loves the school! Lovely people, lovely school, just incredible. Totally incredible, my kid has special needs and they handle him very well.

She now thrives going in and can’t wait to tell me about her day when she gets home! They consistently give a full detailed handover at the end of the day. Can’t thank the girls enough for making me sense so reassured when dropping her off. When my little girl first started she was so unsettled and struggled adjusting, the girls that work there go above and beyond to make sure she’s cheerful.

Our kid is clearly thriving at Charley Barley’s and every time we go to pick her up she is having a excellent time. The team are attentive and welcoming and the feedback and updates we get are excellent. We’ve had informative ‘parents’ evenings’ where we’ve been able to chat face-to-face with the team and get nice updates on how our kid is doing.
Every time we go to pick our daughter up, all the team, no matter which room they’re in, know her name and say goodbye. The team have also been excellent every time we’ve had a query and are consistently cheerful and willing to help.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier and would highly suggest Charley Barley’s to other parents! Our little one has been going to Charley Barley’s Childcare centre for around nine months now and we couldn’t be happier with the team and the childcare centre as a whole.

Our daughter has significant medical needs, this has never been an issue, with outstanding assistance every day. All team go above and beyond. Stellar childcare centre where every detail of a childs welfare is considered.
