Big Top Nursery (Waddesdon)

The team are all lovely and look after the kids so well. We have been absolutely delighted with the childcare centre, I honestly don’t have a bad word to say. They are fun, teach the kids so much and have so much patience. We have got to know the team members truly well and have used some of them for personal babysitting and they are just incredible. The rooms are all organised and spotless and the outdoor area is absolutely huge. So much space for all the kids to run around in. My daughter has loved her time there and has learnt so much. Her confidence has grown and the childcare centre has made her totally ready for school. She is going to miss it there hugely. Thank you so much to all the team for making her time there so memorable.

Big Top Nursery provides a secure, attentive and simulating setting and I have complete trust that my son is well cared for. Returning to work after having my son was a huge and difficult decision, however, Big Top Nursery have gone above and beyond in supporting my son into settling in there. All the team know and understand him as an individual, and genuinely care about his well-being. His Key Worker has been incredible at supporting his development and we sense very well informed with everything he is doing on a daily basis and communication is excellent. All the team are incredibly approachable and consistently take time to speak to us during pick-ups and drop offs. My son has thrived since starting at Big Top and has learnt so much, every day is packed with lots of activities and from the videos and pictures that are emailed to us, it appears he loves every minute! I truly couldn’t ask for anything more.

I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the way the whole team works, from the way we were greeted to the fantastic things they had done with the kids to help them develop. I would definitely very much like to say a very big thank you to Big Top Nursery Waddesdon team for the warmth and standard of care my daughter has received since she has joined in April 2015. I cannot suggest this fantastic team enough – my little girl will miss them dearly as she is now all grown up and ready for the big school. Thank you!

I viewed three nurseries in the area back in 2015 and as soon as I walked into Big Top Nursery I knew where I wanted my kids to go. Excellent childcare centre! It’s by far the best childcare centre and I know that my kids are well looked after, so much so that I have also had some team do childminding for me of an evening. As for development, I am impressed with how advanced my kids are academically. I would definitely never have been able to provide them with such a stimulating setting, incredible childcare centre.

They have absolutely loved going to childcare centre and adore the team. Our twins have been in Big Top since they were 18 months old and they are now 4 getting ready to leave for primary school. I can’t say enough positive things about the childcare centre. The manager and her team are brilliant! I consistently sense they have the kids’s best interest and development in mind. My kids have truly grown in knowledge and confidence. Their facilities and outdoor space are lovely. I would definitely and do suggest Big Top childcare centre.

On our initial visit, we were impressed by the outside space and the kids seemed cheerful and comfortable with the team. Our daughter has been going to Big Top for more than 2 years. We have never doubted our choice of childcare centre. The outside space has just got better and better with more facilities/activities added, including animals and planting. The team are welcoming, supportive and above all, the kids have excellent relationships with them. Indoor activities are also varied regularly and freshly prepared meals provided.

The team are absolutely fantastic and have been incredibly supportive. We are so glad we have sent our daughter to Big Top Nursery for the last four years. They ensure the kids engage in exciting and interesting activities and our daughter has made so much progress socially and academically. We have consistently been confident that she is secure, thriving and is developing well socially. We couldn’t have hoped for better.

Excellent facilities, the best outdoor setting I have seen. Excellent care provided for my kid from 9 months through to 4 years. Good communication links with parents through EyLog. The team are consistently so welcoming on arrival and excellent feedback at the end of the day. The most important thing is my daughter loves attending so the setting must be right!
