However, the owner is not. Firstly I’d like to say that the team in the childcare centre were absolutely incredible with my kids, from when they started to when we made the difficult decision to leave. She belittled me, made me sense like a bad mum when she questioned my parenting choices, made nasty comments in front of others about our parenting style, and was generally very rude towards us. She is not flexible in any way with anything and actually screamed at me down the phone when I asked questions. We never wanted to remove our kids but honestly felt we had no choice. The lack of communication about change in staffing is awful. There was a period where the team turnover was horrendous. I went to pick up my daughter one day and the lady holding her didn’t even know I was her mum. Was truly quite sad at how we were treated.

Staff turnover also seems to be an issue. Both my kids have attended this childcare centre and the focus on preschool discovering is not as great as it was for my first kid.

I have been using this childcare centre for the past 5 years, my son and daughter both started here from very early ages. An incredible childcare centre with faultless team. My son started in 2011 and my daughter started in 2012 – leaving my babies to go back to work was a very scary journey but I felt at ease leaving them with them in the care of a professional and attentive team.

It is a small childcare centre and has a family sense where is kid is treated and nurtured individually. I adore that the kids are taught manners and how to be independent from a young age. Also I adore the variety of fresh home made meals.

I cannot suggest Over The Moon and all the team enough.

My 12-month-old son has settled in so well, the team have been attentive, professional and supportive.
Huge thank you, I would definitely absolutely suggest.
The childcare centre is smaller, and the team have formed a relationship with our family easily and quickly. So cheerful with my journey at Over The Moon.
