December 7, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son started in May 2022 at 12 months old and started in the Baby Room. The staff, especially his keyworker, have been fantastic. Communication has been great and I have felt comfortable leaving him there. The settling period is always challenging for both parents and the baby, but the staff were amazing. My son is now 19 months and is happy going in and is developing very well. I had some concerns regarding how well he would sleep but they reassured me and were always happy to help and listen.

April 24, 2023 at 12:00 amThis nursery has recently changed ownership, and there are some improvements that could be made from what it used to be. There needs to be more feedback provided on how your child is developing, we used to have regular parent evenings and were provided with a progress review, but we get nothing now.
The one thing that needs addressing is the front door not being closed properly, which I feel is a safeguarding issue, which I have previously mentioned to the management but is still left open on a daily basis.
