Busy Bees Oldbrook

All the team are truly welcoming and I sense confident and content in leaving her there. My daughter attends this childcare centre, and she absolutely loves it there. I get updates from her day and what’s she’s eaten and how she’s been.

From a baby right through to pre-school; she’s enjoyed all stages. My daughter has just spent the last three years at Busy Bees. I have consistently felt cheerful and comfortable leaving my little girl there. I sense as though all the team cared for her well-being and took an interest in her. The care and patience they put into him are one to commend. Our son was nervous being away from his parents, but the team at Busy Bees Oldbrook made the transition so smooth and welcoming for him. Every day, my son is discovering something new and exploring different cultures and sensory activities. The updates we get in the application are something I consistently look forward to with lovely pictures of the fun-filled activities they have been part of.
Whilst all team at Busy Bees Oldbrook are brilliant, a big shout out to three ladies in the baby room. Thank you for everything you guys do for our son. Rain or shine, you guys are consistently there for him.

They know his likes, dislikes, how to comfort him. The information given to me every day by the team shows they truly know my kid. It truly puts my mind at ease that I chose the right childcare centre. My little boy truly enjoys going to childcare centre and has excellent relationships with the team even though he was very shy with other adults when he first started there 6 months ago. The daily app works well. They are consistently sharing planning and next steps for my kid, and don’t mind me asking questions. They encourage parents to share and join in with activities and observations at home, which I think is a excellent way to develop communication and knowledge of my kid. Really impressed. I would definitely highly suggest.

I am routinely kept informed about the different activities she undertakes and key members of team demonstrate real attention to detail when relaying information about her day. Our daughter is a lockdown baby and did not have much opportunity to meet people and socialize and as expected she was extremely agitated to be left with the team at Busy Bees. Our journey at Busy Bees has been extremely pleasant. However, the team showed patience and dedication to help her settle. As parents, we felt reassured every day as we saw her thrive day by day and she is now so cheerful and blending in very nicely. The team also understands our concerns as parents and at every single opportunity, they went the extra mile to show and reassure us of our daughter’s progress. Our daughter has also developed her communication skills since joining Busy Bees which was a concern of ours. Thank you Busy Bees team, you are all genuinely incredible, keep up the great work.

They have a range of activities and equipment that my little one loves. I have found Busy Bees Oldbrook to provide excellent care for my little one. The team are welcoming and have little ones best interest at heart. I get daily updates on their day via the ParentsZone App. I also get regular development observations via the app to see how little one is progressing on a verity of things. Management keep parents up to date with any changes that happen. Recently Busy Bees have launched a new app called UP which I have been using to help me with ideas to help little ones discovering at home.

My second kid has just started there and has fitted in so well. This childcare centre has gone through a change of management which has seen excellent improvement, happier team, better processes, better facilities and communication with parents. It is a relief to know my kids are in great hands and delight in their time there.
