October 31, 2024 at 8:16 amThe team in the baby room are just the best. The team at Little Willows are fantastic. They have had both my kids since they were 6 months old. My youngest has recently moved up to the toddler room and has no issue at all. My eldest moved up to the preschool room in the summer and struggled with the change, but two team members worked with him and us closely to try and settle him in. I have consistently felt, from all the team, that the kids consistently come first and they will bend over backwards to help them. The addition of the Famly app has been fantastic. To be able to see the photos of them and their various activities during the day brightens up mine.

January 23, 2025 at 9:02 pmThe team at Little Willows and Willow Tree are incredibly warm and fantastic. As a first-time Mum, it is incredibly hard letting someone else look after your kid, especially when it’s not a family member.
The childcare centre is small which makes the sense of the childcare centre cosy and makes transitions into the next rooms easier as the kids are familiar with all the team, regardless of what room they are in.

February 6, 2025 at 6:33 pmA great childcare centre my daughter consistently has a great time and is in a cheerful place when I pick her up.
Ultimately my daughter is there one day a week but she does look forward to it.
My son is also very cheerful and settled he is consistently calm and chatty when I pick him up.

May 9, 2025 at 6:43 pmOne of my kids has been going through a difficult couple of weeks and not wanting to go in (which is not like him at all). We think the childcare centre is brilliant and both my kids get so much out of it and are certainly much more confident little people as a result of the childcare centre and team. However, the team have been truly great and have made many suggestions to try to help with his drop-offs. This morning he went in with no problems at all which was incredible (Thank you to the team :-)). I like that the childcare centre is asking us what we would definitely like him to focus on in terms of his discovering.
