March 2, 2022 at 12:00 amThe nursery has been incredibly welcoming to my daughter and she settled quickly as a result. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, whether that be in relation to dietary needs, toilet training support or support with settling and bond forming between my daughter and her keyworker and peers. We are really happy with the nursery setting and the staff and consider it to be great value for money. Highly recommended!

April 4, 2022 at 12:00 amMy daughter started at Bright Horizons in October 2021, not long after they opened. From the very beginning, the staff have been amazing and I have complete peace of mind that she’s in a safe, caring and fun environment. My daughter absolutely loves going into nursery each day and has built a brilliant bond with many of the team. The food provided is really varied and balanced with new dishes added to the menu, often. We get daily activity updates through the nursery app, which is lovely and very helpful to have a breakdown of meals and sleep etc, over the course of the day.
The children have a variety of group time, planned activities, and independent play and get to enjoy the outdoor spaces regularly too. I’m so happy we were able to secure a place at Bright Horizons and I am confident my daughter will continue to thrive there. I highly recommend this nursery!

They make me feel like my child is the most important and they are so attentive and caring. Communication and response is excellent and I fetch a very happy child, every evening!

April 4, 2022 at 12:00 amExcellent staff, management and facilities. My son loves it there and I am very happy to leave him, knowing he is happy and safe. They always feedback on how the day has been for my son, what he has had to eat and activities he has taken part in! The nursery opened back in October 2021. The staff and management are always there to listen and improve. Great nursery, overall!

April 12, 2022 at 12:00 amReally pleased with the nursery. The staff are wonderful, caring and friendly. My daughter is in the preschool room and has a brilliant rapport with her link person. The facilities are outstanding though the outside space is a little small. Overall, we’re really pleased and happy with our choice. Our daughter is thriving there.

April 12, 2022 at 12:00 amWe needed a new nursery for various reasons and was anxious moving my daughter to a new one.
But my gosh, she absolutely loves it. She barely says goodbye to me. Always happy at Bright Horizons. I cannot praise the wonderful staff enough, they are fantastic, dedicated and make Bright Horizons in Haddenham, a very warm, inviting place.

April 14, 2022 at 12:00 amA lovely nursery that clearly has the children’s development in mind. Great communication from very caring staff. It is clean, crisp and modern with what appear to be good facilities/equipment. The food is varied and interesting. The only negative for me is the outside playground is in full view of the public road leading to the housing estate.

The manager and her team are always so happy and friendly and clearly love spending time with the children. The facilities are beautiful and kept very clean. The children are always taking part in a variety of activities and really love attending. It feels very much like a big family who truly cares for one another, and is a lovely place to be.

They go in happy and come out even happier. I will be very sad when my eldest goes to school next year. I wish she could stay forever.

November 7, 2022 at 12:00 amFantastic nursery/preschool. My daughter has loved every day she’s spent here for the past year. The staff are brilliant, very attentive, caring, and clearly have the best interest in the children’s development. A variety of nutritional food is served throughout the day. It’s nice to see what my daughter has had to eat and how much of it via the parent app too. The whole setting is perfectly clean, miles ahead of any other nurseries we had considered. Very happy daughter and parents!

March 13, 2023 at 12:00 amMy little one loves preschool and can’t stop talking about her friends, the staff and what she’s done that day. We have had great updates and reviews on what she has been up to via the app and get regular updates on how she is progressing against key markers. The nursery manager and assistant manager always know what she has been up to that day regarding naps/food/activities and show a real interest and a very caring approach to the children in the same way that all of the staff do.

March 14, 2023 at 12:00 amVery friendly, caring nursery with a lovely team and good facilities. Children and their grown ups are always made to feel welcome! There is not as much outside space as some nurseries but the children seem to have plenty of chances to use the space they do have. It seems very calm and well structured at the nursery as well.

As a brand new facility, everything is very clean.
The app is great, keeping tabs on what your child has eaten/done every day is straightforward and the team proactively share useful information and updates.

March 27, 2023 at 12:00 amGreat staff who seem to know every child’s name, even if they don’t work with them directly. Our girls are very happy there, which for me removes the anxiety of leaving them in the care of others. A very friendly place with management I believe in. Having only opened 18 months ago, everything is bright and (relatively) new. I would wholeheartedly recommend to friends or family.
