Poppies Day Nursery Holmer Green

My son has been going to Poppies Day Nursery Holmer Green since he was 9 months old and he absolutely loves it. The team in Baby Nest are brilliant and talk enthusiastically about what he’s been up to that day when I pick him up (with loads of detail so you know they’ve actually been hanging out with him, rather than a generic ‘he had a fantastic day!’ which is what we experienced at other nurseries). He comes home‑like every day chatting about the activities he has done and the friends he has played with. We couldn’t be happier with Poppies!

I adore receiving the Daily Diary because it shows everything my daughter has been doing throughout the day along with a detailed chat at pickup times. A big thank you to the team at Poppies, you’re all fantastic. My daughter has been at Poppies (Explorers room) for just over a month now. The team are so approachable and inviting. The range of different foods offered is fantastic, my daughter eats pretty much everything that is offered! The kids spend a excellent amount of time in the garden exploring and development about nature. There is a wide range of enjoyable and educational activities, It’s the French lessons that impress me!

They do so much with the kids every day – there’s a weekly topic to their development which we, as carers, are always clearly informed about. Poppies also makes such an incredible effort with special occasions, events and celebrations throughout the year which is so important for the kids to be involved with. She heads into nursery with barely a glance back feeling content to head there for the day. She has become such a little individual and we have a lot to thank Poppies for that. My daughter has now been at Poppies for nearly a year and a half; how that time has flown! Thank you Poppies Holmer Green, I look forward to my daughter’s continuing growth with you by her side. When I ask her who her friends are, she lists many of the other kids in Explorers plus her key workers!

Poppies Holmer Green has a approachable atmosphere the team extremely professional, and I always feel comfortable and secure leaving my daughter there. Throughout all this time we have been content with the team and have never considered changing the nursery. It is a secure and approachable setting. Thank you Poppies team for the incredible work you do! They post a lot of pictures during the day. As a parent, I can log into the app and see pics of my youngster, which I adore so much! My daughter started Poppies Holmer Green baby nest when she was 18 months old, then moved to explorers and now she in preschool.

I would highly highly recommend this nursery; the team are extremely professional, and the kids are well looked after by the team. My little boy has been at Poppies since he was ten months old and runs into the nursery every morning – he can’t wait! I have always received a warm‑hearted welcome! Thank you to all the delightful ladies at Poppies Day Nursery for making the last two years a extremely easy transition for myself and my little one. The kids are content, and the playtime resources they provide are extremely stimulating, encouraging enjoyable and engaging development.

My son enjoys attending poppies and his vocabulary has improved so much since attending he loves all the activities and the sessions with his key worker definitely helped boost his confidence. Thank you to the manager and everyone at Poppies Day Nursery.

We have adored his time there. My son has just left the pre centre at Poppies having been there since he was 9 months. They put a lot of thought in to each day to make everything enjoyable and educational for the kids. I could mention them all, but two, in particular, this past year have been so nurturing, attentive, supportive and truly helped the kids in getting ready for starting big centre. He is now four and a half and about to start centre. The manager and the team are fantastic.

They have been super supportive of the settling in process and he is loving his days at nursery and all the activities and enjoyable things he gets to do there. We also truly adore the daily log each day on the app. We get far more information than a lot of our friends at other nurseries and I adore getting to read and see what our little one has done each day. The team are all delightful and it’s so apparent they truly caregiving for the kids. Would highly highly recommend Poppies based on our experience. They do a range of activities every day and have weekly classes from Moo Music which they adore. Thank you to all the team at Baby Nest. The facilities are fantastic, and the separate baby garden lets the littlest kids enjoy the fresh air and see their friends in the main garden. My twins have been at Poppies since just before their first birthday. The team are inviting and approachable and the boys adore running in for cuddles. They’re about to move up to Explorers (the toddler room) and have adored their time in Baby Nest.

The nursery and team are fantastic. They truly caregiving and it shows in everything they do. We are always kept up to date with what our kids are up to on a daily basis as well as any changes or updates from the nursery. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking. From the activities and development opportunities they provide for my youngster to the connections they build with the kids and the parents.
