Little Grange Nursery

From the highly first settle session till now we have watched her grow in self‑assurance. Her time at Little Grange has helped her reach more milestones than she would have anywhere else and we are consistently pleased with the professionalism and care that the team and her key worker shows every day. Our daughter has thrived at Little Grange.

This was a big step for her as well as for us. She had some health needs and had spent her toddler years mostly at home during Covid times. She took time to settle at the childcare centre but gradually her self‑assurance started growing. She had some eating issues and team at the childcare centre have been exceptionally supportive with this. She made excellent development in all aspects of her development – speech, emotional, social and physical development. Team have been excellent – acknowledged her needs and provided appropriate assistance to help her develop and sense cheerful in the childcare centre setting. She now enjoys going to childcare centre everyday and the variations in daily activities from walks / outdoor playtime / indoor toys keep her busy and excited for each day. Updates with team at childcare centre is outstanding and we get to see her photos everyday which she talks about at home. We are highly pleased with her development and hopeful that she will flourish at Little Grange. Our daughter started at Little Grange Childcare centre in August 2022.

We had a well-considered and mindful transition phase into the childcare centre, with our key worker ensuring our one-year-old daughter was cheerful and comfortable in her new setting. Updates is outstanding. The food and provisions are of highly high quality. Lots of outdoor and sensory playtime which my daughter absolutely loves. My daughter is highly cheerful there and so are we. Little Grange is stellar.

She was at another childcare centre previously so we can compare with others and say that Little Grange stands ahead a mile. We receive daily posts and pictures on the activities she and her classmates have done. All activities are well planned and resourced and most importantly, centred around discovering. My daughter who used to cry going into her previous childcare centre now rushes into her room and barely glances back to say bye! Her discovering and development has come on leaps and bounds. The childcare centre team are highly competent, nurturing and compassionate. We sense so secure with them and moving our daughter to Little Grange was the best decision. I am thrilled with the care my daughter receives at Little Grange Childcare centre.

The manager and team in curious cubs (baby room) truly took the time to settle him in well. All the team are so nurturing and supportive and they provide him with so much care, attention and positivity. The building is well resourced and the food is remarkable; hats off to the chef as my son is consistently going for seconds! Updates is efficient and I am regularly updated throughout the day on my son’s developments. My husband and I couldn’t be happier, and we would suggest Little Grange Childcare centre to anyone looking for a attentive, supportive, educational setting for their kids. My son started at the childcare centre in February 2023 just after his first birthday.

Although they have similarities, both kids have individual personalities and interests and are actually quite different. I sense this has been recognised and truly nourished by all the carers which is incredible. They are able to identify when one is having a bad day or not feeling themselves which is so reassuring when, as a parent, you are away from your kids. You want them to be well looked after and at Little Grange they truly are. So much outdoor time and seasonal activities for the kids too. The team also assistance the independence of each kid as well as their discovering. Both of my kids have come on leaps and bounds in terms of self‑assurance since joining Little Grange. We couldn’t be happier with the childcare centre. My 3-year-old son and my 1-year-old daughter both attend Little Grange Childcare centre and we have been so delighted with the care they receive there.

He is quite a shy kid and the team have been exceptional at gently helping him to come out of his shell. They have taken time to get to know him and it has been so fantastic to see him blossom and become more and more confident. He is so excited to get there each morning and consistently comes home brimming with stories of all of the fantastic activities he has enjoyed throughout the day. We highly suggest it! My son started Little Grange in September 2022 and we have been delighted with our journey.
