The handovers in the morning and afternoon are thorough, although I tend to cut the morning one short as my little one tends to get upset. So all-round, this early‑years hub has been an excellent choice for me personally. The team in the baby room are remarkable. The app for this nursery setting is great, I can send private messages and see how his day has been in terms of lengths of naps and what food he has eaten. I treasure when they post up photos of his activities. The reception is great too, always picking up the phone and always having a cheery disposition. All the team I’ve interacted with have been polite and accommodating. He even leans and holds his arms out to her when we do the handover in the mornings so you know they have a great bond. My little one has bonded with a lot of them in there but especially his key worker.

The childcare centre is a lovely setting. The personnel are truly supportive and kind. As an outsider, the new management seem to focus a lot on employee appreciation, which is lovely to see. My young lad is truly pleased to spend the day there and settled quite quickly in his group. I absolutely enjoy the app where the personnel update about their day and key messages.

Good correspondence from the early‑years hub around all aspects. Excellent facilities and crew. Great food choices and plenty to discover. Children enjoy going here.

My little one is truly pleased to come every day to activities, and the updates on her absorbing path and photos updates is really supportive to us continuing the exploring at home. Very pleased with the level of communications, regular and consistently throughout the day.

I have peace of mind that he’s so well looked after and really enjoys every day! It’s a real family-friendly place, even my older little one and I feel part of it! My son’s relationship with personnel is just lovely. He adores it and for me, priceless. I get so much feedback about his day. I was tentative at first, given my oldest went to a different nursery setting, but within days, I know I’d made the right decision. He has such a variety of activities to help his advancement and loads of fun. So caring, encouraging and involved. Every day is fantastic! I use the app to get updates throughout the day.

When we get to the main door she smiles and gets all excited! They’ve cherished it since the truly first visit. The crew are always approachable and welcoming. My little one started in January 2023. The app is really good, I treasure seeing photos of what she’s been up to.

I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough. My little one enjoys the time spent at the early‑years hub every day. I can see her improvement.

We have used this early‑years hub for both of our little ones. The team are so caring and nurturing with their first priority always being their happiness and well being. The sites are good with each room really well prepared for each year group and developmental stages.

We cherish the advancement of our son’s social interaction and independence. So far, our time has been extraordinary. I feel safe and at peace knowing my little one is in school. The supportive and welcoming absorbing space, the management and the mentors will give you the warmth of a parent to your own little one. Thank you so so much.

He’s learned so much and developed good relationships with his educators. Staff are exceptionally kind. My young lad treasures going to early‑years hub has made so many friends. My little one joined childcare centre during Covid, childcare centre handled the circumstances truly well organised.
