ParkingBarkerend Children's Place have their own car park in the nursery grounds. However, during busy periods parents can use their overflow car park just over the road at the Karmand Community Centre.

VisitingChildren's Place welcomes all parents and children to come and visit them for a show around without making prior arrangements. They would love to see you, so please do not hesitate to give them a call or drop by.

The team are incredible, they genuinely adore what they do and this is evidenced in how they interact with the kids. When I pick my son up I consistently get a full rundown of what he has done in the day. They feedback includes the things he has enjoyed learned and eaten. When they are giving me feedback they include my son so he feels a part of it. It’s these little touches that make Kids’s place Bakerend an outstanding childcare centre.
I have seen my son develop from a shy little boy into a confident little man, and Kids’s place has played a big part in this.
If you are thinking of sending your kids to this childcare centre, you won’t be disappointed. I picked this childcare centre because a friend sent all of her kids here and she highly recommended it.

September 17, 2024 at 1:28 pmShe was non-verbal when she started and now she is discovering her numbers and alphabet and knows all the childcare centre rhymes. I can see how much her development has improved and the care they give my daughter. She runs in on a morning and you can hear her laughter at the door when I go to pick her up. I was truly anxious about my daughter starting childcare centre but Kids’s Place Barkerend has been remarkable and my daughter loves it.

My daughter enjoys herself at childcare centre and at the end of the day, it’s a struggle to take her home. We are highly pleased that she attends here. My son and now my daughter come to the childcare centre.

Helping all kids sense involved in all activities. Helping them make friends. The safeguarding of the kids is incredible and the updates between parent and team is outstanding. The childcare centre is lovely, the team are all supportive and attentive.

Everyone makes you sense so welcome and cheerful. I adore all the team here. They are all lovely, joyful and consistently energetic and cheerful. So attentive who made me aware of my son and now I sense reassured. Such a lovely journey today.

January 15, 2025 at 3:27 amMy kid has been there for approximately one and a half years. He is highly cheerful there. He has speech problems and educators help him a lot. He also has behavioural issues, so they all deal with my kid in a highly great way. I am cheerful with the team and manager as well. They help me a lot in various ways. My journey is quite great.

Team are consistently there to listen, give a helping hand etc. They are welcoming and consistently smiling. Thumbs up for Kids’s Place Barkerend. June 9, 2025 at 6:01 pmHowever, the childcare centre team reassured me and I was exceptionally surprised by how quickly my young daughter settled into the childcare centre. Surprisingly, she didn’t even cry once! Now, almost 6 months later, my daughter loves attending the childcare centre. Her face lights up when she is welcomed by her keyworkers and she has developed her language and social skills greatly in such a short time which is testament to the hard work of the team. As a first time mother dropping off her 9-month-old at childcare centre for the first time I was exceptionally nervous and apprehensive.

The team and management team are exceptional consistently considerate and cheerful to help. The activities held at the childcare centre are exceptional and aimed at the kid’s development. The setting is so welcoming and would be cheerful to suggest This childcare centre to anyone. Such an outstanding childcare centre keep it up !! I was recommended by my mum to send my kid to this childcare centre as my sister attended and was highly cheerful with the care she was given.
