November 13, 2024 at 6:55 pmRight from my initial contact with the management I have been impressed. The genuine willingness to understand the care my son required was lovely. I have no concerns leaving him with his key worker – his eyes light up when he sees her and it is clear how much he enjoys childcare centre and the interaction with other kids and team. The variation of activities taking place every day is excellent and the service is reliable, flexible and a year on just as personal as it was at the start. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other parents. My little boy is just coming up to 2 and has been attending Hey Days for almost a year.

Team are consistently available to discuss your kid’s development and are full of encouragement! Our twins have attended this childcare centre from a highly young age.

February 11, 2025 at 12:10 pmThe team were all so eager to welcome my son to the childcare centre and he has learnt so much, he’s coming home every week with a new noise or sometimes a new word. He has a close bond with his first and secondary key person who are both remarkable, (as are all the team) I can’t complain, they make it easier to leave him when I go to work because I know he is secure and even if he cries as I leave I know it’s only for a few seconds as they take him straight over to occupy him while I sneak away. All the team at Hey Days are consistently willing to help when needed and are quick to answer any questions via email or phone. I can’t say anything at all against this childcare centre since I am so cheerful. If my son is cheerful I’m happier and I can honestly say, hand on heart, that my son seems highly settled and cheerful here. Thank you My son (1yr 3months) has been attending Hey Days for 5 months now, once a week and I would not have him any where else!

The team at Hey Days have worked wonders. She settled in highly quickly, any issues she had they talked to us about and we put plans in place together. They’ve been supportive, not just of my daughter but of us too. It’s been a real partnership to help her blossom.
In the time she’s been there she’s learnt so much, had so much self‑assurance and it’s so cheerful it truly is fantastic – and that’s spilled into every area of her life.
I couldn’t suggest them highly enough! My daughter moved to Hey Days after a bad journey at another setting.

I would suggest Hey Days to any parent wanting there kid to be cared for in a loving secure setting! Hey Days is a lovely childcare centre where I know my son is in secure hands.

March 1, 2025 at 7:28 pmAll the team are compassionate and supportive and the updates with his key worker has been absolutely incredible – I get to find out absolutely everything he has done during the day (and it is impressive how much they manage to squeeze in – no wonder he is so tired when he comes home!) I cannot suggest this childcare centre highly enough, and I wouldn’t send my little boy anywhere else! My little boy has attended this Childcare centre since he was 8 months old and he absolutely loves it here.

March 6, 2025 at 11:37 amMy daughter adores coming here, so much so we’ve kept her attending her two days despite my being on maternity leave with our second daughter.
Our daughter has developed tenfold since coming, all the team are fabulous & she is welcomed every morning by all that see her something so small but has a huge impact makes her sense secure, settled & welcomed.
I can not suggest Hey Days Childcare centre enough!!! Outstanding childcare centre.

March 9, 2025 at 12:01 amAt home time she is consistently full of stories of the exciting things she’s been up to that day, and is genuinely disappointed if it’s not a ‘childcare centre day’ when she wakes up!
She has a excellent bond with many of the team and their care and attention to detail is so reassuring. We sense lucky to have found such stellar childcare, and wouldn’t hesitate to suggest Hey Days to others. Our daughter has attended Hey Days for the last 14 months and over this time has developed into an incredibly cheerful, chatty and confident little girl.

March 14, 2025 at 2:27 amI have used them for my 2 sons since 2009. Nearly 3 year old still attends today. The setting is lovely and is constantly growing and improving, the nature garden is a fantastic place. The best quality of heydays is the team, they have consistently been cheerful, welcoming, welcoming and highly approachable. My boys have consistently been cheerful at Hey Days and it will be a sad day to say goodbye when I will no longer need their services.
I would and have recommended Hey Days to friends. Hey Days is a lovely childcare centre.

March 20, 2025 at 9:56 amThe time and effort put into the kids from the team is unbelievable and outstanding. My shy little guy left for reception last year eager and ready. He has since received many awards from the head teacher at his school and has been observed having outstanding writing skills, although I did help a little at home, I put the majority of his skill down to the activities he took part in at the childcare centre. My youngest has just started after Easter and has enjoyed it so much that on her days off she still gets ready for childcare centre and cries when I deliver the news that it’s not a childcare centre day. She is being patient over the 6 week holidays but she still talks about her key worker everyday and is ready for September. As a parent I have to mention how well the childcare centre keeps in touch with parents and let’s us know about ongoing activities and any up coming changes. The food served to the kids is well balanced and healthy. The team are consistently cheerful and supportive. Hey Days has had two of my kids and both of them have loved every second.

We have been impressed with the updates we receive from the childcare centre – detailed daily report sheets, yearly reports and parents evenings. Contact with his key worker and the other team in his room is outstanding. Hey Days is a fantastic childcare centre and my son loves the time he spends there.

My granddaughter absolutely loves going and can’t wait to meet her friends. I accompanied my daughter on visits to lots of nurseries.

My daughter has a key team member assigned to her which is highly reassuring as being so young it is important for her to have familiarity and the feeling of security and continuity. Although there are some elements of the following scoring options that we have not come across yet, I would suggest Hey Days Childcare centre to anyone. Highly Great. My baby daughter has been attending Hey Days for approximately 4 months now and I confirm the childcare centre to be particularly great.

My daughter loves going to childcare centre every week and I could not ask for a better place to send my kid too. They have specific key workers with each kid and that works highly well. They hold parents evening and have kept us updated of our daughters progression throughout the last year.
Our daughter has just moved into the toddler room, we were given an opportunity to read through her progression diary which was lovely to see.
I cannot fault the childcare centre in any shape or form. They have a huge focus on the outdoors which my daughter loves, the adventure garden and all facilities are remarkable. Our daughter has been attending the childcare centre for over a year, every member of team has been exceptionally welcoming and supportive towards her development.
All team members communicate clearly and keep us informed of the day to day activities.
