December 16, 2024 at 11:51 pmMy little boy started this year and is already thriving here. He is discovering so much and the team at the childcare centre have helped his development so much. He has been able to build great relationships with all the team as they are all truly attentive and nice. He settled in almost instantly. The childcare centre has consistently helped me with the best session times and any early/late starts. I have 100% self‑assurance that my kid is secure and cheerful and in great hands when I drop him off. I couldn’t be happier with this childcare centre. I would highly suggest Fingerprints Childcare centre.

January 15, 2025 at 8:10 pmShe has settled in truly well there and I think she feels secure and cheerful. It would be nice to get a bit more in terms of observations. I adore seeing photos of her playing and exploring. The team reassured me when my daughter first started, as she was young and not highly socialised, due to Covid-19.

Even now when we pass by Fingerprints he keeps showing me that this is his school.
This is just to show that rating is not consistently a true reflection of the service.
The only cons about Fingerprints was that he came a few times with D&V after serving meal. My son attended Fingerprints a year ago, then we had to move, therefore we moved him into a new childcare centre rated “Outstanding “.
I can honestly say that Fingerprints is the place where he learned new songs, words and how to count.

May 20, 2025 at 6:00 pmThe team are all so welcoming and welcoming and look after the kids as if they are their own. The facilities are excellent, with separate rooms for babies, toddlers and pre-school age kids. One of the biggest selling points for my family was that with my husband and I being shift workers, we can have some flexibility on the days that our daughter attends, which is a huge help for us. The team have been highly supportive with issues such as potty training and we are kept updated with development reviews. My daughter has attended Fingerprints since she was nine months old and we couldn’t be happier with how she is looked after there.
