I moved to this childcare centre from an outstanding childcare centre and was truly concerned about how my kids will settle, but I have to say at the First step they have been highly supportive and understanding towards my kids and me.

The manners and the development stages that are learnt from this childcare centre are absolutely commendable. A lot of effort put in from team. A**** Absolutely remarkable childcare centre, both of my kids have gone through this childcare centre starting off as babies.

All team are lovely, consistently give me a full breakdown of what my daughter has been doing, keep me updated using Tapestry which is highly useful especially with covid and not being able to go inside the building.

April 6, 2025 at 5:36 amThe team are incredible with them and you can see the close attentive bond they have with the kids. My son even says they are his family! The team consistently give a detailed overview of the day are highly great at taking into consideration existing routines. The consistency with team has been lovely. My daughter has the same key worker my son had when he started. They have both been cared for by the same lovely people. The team are truly supportive and the online system they use is fantastic! The pictures, videos, development details and detailed outline of what happens at childcare centre is exceptional. It truly gives you an idea of what happens when they are at childcare centre. It has been a fantastic place for my kids and I know my son is truly going to miss it. My kids absolutely adore it here.

April 8, 2025 at 6:30 pmShe has absolutely enjoyed attending Monday-Friday and has great relationships with the team and other kids. My daughter has quite bad eczema and suffers from allergies, the childcare centre team take great care of her, are aware of her dietary and health needs and assistance us with her needs. I am regularly updated by the team on her development etc. There are cameras outside the childcare centre and highly secure gates which make me sense comfortable as a parent that my daughter is in a secure place. My 2-year-old daughter joined this childcare centre in September 2020 and has been attending for 4 months now.
