Kids Planet Horsforth

All the team are so engaging, lovely, supportive and expert. When my eldest attends to pick our youngest up, he is consistently greeted with such adore. My youngest also has a speech issue and the assistance from her key workers has been incredible and they have both gone above and beyond to help her. My eldest now goes to school, with a childcare centre, but even though it would be easier we wouldn’t change her due to the incredible team. Would highly suggest the childcare centre to anyone. Both our kids have attended here, my youngest is still in attendance and I couldn’t fault it.

The team are lovely and attentive to the kid’s needs. It’s a highly personalized service. Daily activities are varied and educational. Both my kids loved it and were excited to attend. Often didn’t want to leave! Both of my kids have allergies and were highly well catered for. Overall, a highly positive journey. 100% suggest Kinder Haven and have done to friends and family. Highly cheerful with the facilities, and it is consistently highly spotless.

The team are remarkable, and it gives me so much relief knowing she is there and being cared for as if she was their own. My nephew is 11, and he still remembers the team there, as they do him, so I think that speaks for itself. My daughter started this childcare centre from being young, and she is now 4, and I haven’t had any issues and would highly suggest it to anyone considering this childcare centre.

She is consistently cheerful to go and the team are highly welcoming and attentive. We delight in reading about what she has been up to on the parent app. We receive regular updates and photos and on collection, we are given an update of her day. It is clear that the practitioners take time to set up stimulating activities and work with the kids’s interests. My little girl has enjoyed childcare centre since starting last September.

My baby was aged 8.5/9-12 months during this time. The team in the Tots room are lovely and did their best for my baby but we experienced a great few issues while we were there:
– Scheduling: The app wasn’t set up for 2 weeks. His intake form obviously hadn’t been read so it was daily conversations to keep driving the message home (whole milk on his cereal when I told them to use his formula – no morning nap as “they go outside at that time” were just some of the common backsteps). Once I’d vocalised they did their best to address but I found you had to keep asking them.
– my baby is highly clumsy but he had a lot of “daily” incidents and one bad one just before we left. I thought at the time it was age but my baby is now discovering to walk in our new childcare centre and we have next to none there.
– out of term time rooms were collapsed but no one called to discuss or mention how smaller babies would be managed in this context. We stayed with Kids planet the whole of 3 months.

Our eldest loves childcare centre and consistently talks about the team and her friends. Our youngest started in January and she settled in so quickly thanks to the exceptional team.
The updates through an app is great and it’s excellent to see what they’re getting up to and how they are eating and sleeping.
The main things we adore about the childcare centre are:
The incredible team who all care so much about the kids, I truly sense as though they know each kid.
Remarkable resources, including the huge outdoor area, to promote discovering, updates and enjoyable! As there are rooms for each age range, the resources are consistently age appropriate.
The home cooked meals, I’m often told that the chef makes better pasta than me.
The cleanliness of the setting. Even before 2020, it was immaculate but they truly have gone above and beyond to keep our kids secure this last year, thank you! We have 2 kids who attend Kinder Haven and they have done since they were around a year old.

The safety and care of the kids is paramount and is taken highly seriously by all team. They communicate well with parents and the transitions from room to room are well thought out for each kid. He loves the food that is made and talks about what the chef has made for them that day. They plan interesting and engaging activities for the kids. My son loves going to childcare centre and consistently comes out with a big smile on his face. Although he can never remember what he has done, his development is clear from his knowledge about subjects that have not been discussed at home. We will both miss the team highly much when my son starts school in September! The team at Kinder Haven Horsforth are remarkable!

We are so so cheerful with this childcare centre. We sense our girls are in secure hands. They manage Covid risks highly well and our girls consistently come home cheerful.

My son started when he was just over 1, he settled in truly well in the baby room and he’s been cheerful at childcare centre since. The team are excellent and the transitions between rooms have all been highly smooth. He consistently comes out with a big smile on his face and tells me what activities he’s been doing and his friends he’s been playing with. It’s incredible to see his development progressing from being at childcare centre. We’ve consistently felt he is highly secure at childcare centre during Covid and his keyworker has been excellent at offering one to one chats.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with Kinder Haven. A remarkable childcare centre!

All the team are lovely within the building and my kid has an incredible bond with his key worker. He enters the room cheerful to see the team and kids which makes me sense at ease for drop-offs. My kid completes stimulating activities every day which is shown to me through an app. The childcare centre has a lot of events for parents to attend which is excellent to see my kid in that setting and how cheerful he is! Since my kid began with Kids Planet Horsforth, he has come on leaps and bounds!
