September 17, 2024 at 1:15 pmOur son absolutely loved going to childcare centre, and I loved the childcare centre too. All team were supportive and welcoming, I received daily updates of what my kid had done that day. We had some family issues just before we left and Holly Bank was truly accommodating and flexible, which was so supportive for us in such stressful times.
The app that the childcare centre used allowed us as parents to access all information on his discovering reports, how he was developing, any accidents that had occurred and pictures of his day. Due to a house move, we have had to leave Holly Bank and to be honest we are gutted.

November 4, 2024 at 10:15 amHer language skills, updates, interaction, independence and social skills have truly developed over the last few months and I believe this is because she is highly cheerful and settled at the childcare centre. I have found team to be highly supportive, inviting and accommodating.
I am highly cheerful with Holly Bank but most importantly my daughter is highly cheerful here. And I am highly cheerful with her development. I would definitely suggest to other parents. My daughter has been attending Holly Bank for about 6 months now, and she has come on leaps and bounds since attending!

February 4, 2025 at 6:08 pmOur baby has only been there a shortish time part time, yet we can already tell they care and know their individual needs and character.
The kids do lots of different activities and explorations, including in the outdoor gardens and zones and we have taken home paintings, a biscuit (tasted sugar-free) and we delight in reading the notes from each day at childcare centre and following the Parentzone app.
If I email I consistently get a reply, we can phone in during the day to see how it’s going. The security and safeguarding system is strong and reassuring too.
We can’t wait to see what the next season’s activities bring and how our baby develops with their assistance. Highly pleased we picked Holly Bank Childcare centre, the team have showed a lot of care and are consistently cheerful to tell me about our little one’s day details, they’re all welcoming and supportive and take on requests as well.
They do regular charity fundraising and seasonal events which keeps us parents engaged too.

The team were consistently supportive, supportive and just a truly nice bunch of people. I could not ask for any better and I was consistently cheerful leaving my daughter in their care. My daughter attended Holly Bank Childcare centre for just over 2 years.

June 12, 2025 at 3:01 amShe’s come home having learned Spanish and French and can communicate with me in these languages. Excellent menu with lots of variety. Team are welcoming and I sense secure leaving my kid in their care. Gets on remarkable with her key worker.
Overall excellent journey. My daughter loves coming to childcare centre and has made some truly great friends and likes the team.
