Helen Howes Private Day Nurseries

My eldest loved coming here (and attends the out of school club upstairs during the holidays!), my youngest is just moving into the pre-school room and is highly excited!
They have also catered for various allergies and dietary requirements –
I would highly suggest! A excellent childcare centre that provides attentive, imaginative care for kids up to school age.

We decided to send our second kid here as we’d had such a great journey the first time round. My second kid absolutely loves the childcare centre. She is nearly 2, she wanders in with no trouble and I know she is well looked after. I don’t have one negative thing to say. Thank you. Our first kid attended Helen Howes until she left for school, she was definitely prepared for school and had been looked after so much by the team here.

My son has been there for nearly a year now and absolutely loves it. He has come on so much discovering new skills, and when I drop him off I know he is in secure hands. All the team are so welcoming and welcoming.

Welcoming approachable team, my kid has consistently enjoyed going, I sense they are well cared for and I would suggest.

I’ve consistently felt confident leaving the kids there as they absolutely adore the team and looked forward to going. The childcare centre arrange lots of little field trips to the local park (and occasionally further afield) which is excellent, and they have helped my daughter master her letters – she confidently writes her own name now which is exceptional. The childcare centre definitely deserves its Oustanding rating. All 3 of my kids have attended Helen Howes – my son was highly sad to leave when it was time to go to school!

We can’t begin to express how much the team have done for all four of them, as well as the assistance they have shown to all our family. Our grandchildren are growing into confident, independent, cheerful kids, who are well-liked and achieve all their goals at school. We know that the management and the team at Helen Howes have played an integral role in their development, providing them with a inviting and nurturing setting filled with enjoyable and laughter. The out of school expansion has allowed our family to carry on working without disruption now for 11 years and we can’t thank them enough, they truly are an outstanding provision. The building has recently been undergoing a major refurbishment and is looking incredible, and the finishing touches are almost complete. Thank you to everyone at Helen Howes for all that you do for every kid, we highly suggest this family run business. All our four grandchildren still attend Helen Howes Day Nurseries and Out Of School and Holiday Hub.

He runs off happily in the morning and wants to stay when we go to pick him up. Team consistently have time to chat to us as parents and we know he is well looked after and encouraged in his skills development and his interests. The team across the whole childcare centre, management and kitchen know my kid and it’s lovely to have that personal sense. The team truly adore my kid.

She was highly emotional and was reluctant to go after been cared for by grandparents. All the Helen Howes team were remarkable – their attentive nature helped her grow in self‑assurance. She now goes with a big smile, looking forward to the enjoyable-filled day ahead. They have a lovely family sense and all the team know the kids. The activities and setting are excellent but the best aspect is the nurture of the kids. Team communicate highly well and report back at the end of each day. I would highly suggest the pre-school to any parent. My daughter started pre-school just before her 3rd birthday.

It has been and continues to be a remarkable journey for them. They have both grown in self‑assurance and have each made significant developmental development during their time there which has in no doubt been due to the care and diligence of the fantastic team at the childcare centre. The team are consistently incredibly welcoming and highly eager to help with any stages of my kids’s growth such as supporting them with speech development and/or potty training. Both my kids are incredibly cheerful there and this is reflected in the relationships they each have with their key workers and room teams. My kids have been attending Helen Howes Private Day Nurseries for just over a year now.

From the day we looked around it was the team that sold the childcare centre to us, they were so interested in the kids, the focus is clearly on them. Having said that all the team have been so easy to get on with and they all take the time to share a conversation upon drop off and pick up. For me, it is an extension of the family because the girls spend so much time there.
The formula clearly works as they are so cheerful to go and when at times this hasn’t been the case, the team have worked with us to help.
We are lucky to have this facility on our doorstep. We have sent our two daughters to Helen Howes since they were both ten months old.
