September 27, 2024 at 3:07 amIt was spotless and great for kids growth as they will learn things from other kids and get socialised. It was highly cheerful setting when I visit the place, all day care team were so great in terms of coordination and explaining things to do with baby.

October 5, 2024 at 2:49 amIt’s incredible to see so many of my daughter’s key workers are still there and consistently give myself and her a inviting welcome when dropping off/picking up my son. The team are so compassionate-hearted and genuinely care about the kids. My son wears cloth nappies and this childcare centre fully embraces them. I didn’t cloth my eldest so didn’t know what to expect as I’d heard stories of other nurseries either refusing to use them or putting them on totally wrong. From the first settling in session, my worries quickly disappeared when I saw that he wasn’t the first in cloth and they had journey with a range of different reusable nappy systems. Although the outside area is small, it’s highly secure and well equipped. The kids can explore a range of different areas/activities outside. They also take regular trips out around the local area, including to the market. I look forward to the years he has at Twinkles, before school. My daughter graduated from Twinkles in 2018 and now my son is in the baby room.

October 31, 2024 at 7:21 pmThey look after him so well and with so much adore that he absolutely loves being there. He gets so cheerful when we get there, it’s a joy to see and to know he is in a secure place and that I fully trust. The meals are so varied and my little one loves the food as well. It would be excellent if rules could be a bit more flexible but I couldn’t fault the management team, they’re truly supportive. My 1 year old son has been attending the Baby room at this childcare centre for the past 6 months and I couldn’t be happier.

December 1, 2024 at 11:00 amThe childcare centre has also enhanced its look and I adore the whole nature vibe within the childcare centre. The team have been incredible and my kid does come home and speak about her superiors in a loving and joyful manner which is highly reassuring.

December 10, 2024 at 8:16 amTeam are consistently approachable, well‑informed and welcoming. Discovering is structured and information is passed down and shared freely with parents. The capture system is excellent and allows parents to keep up to date with daily activities. The end of the day review handover is also beneficial and gives parents areas to concentrate on at home. A highly welcoming and relaxed setting.

The level of discovering seems to be highly great. My daughter, even at a highly young age has learnt so much already. I look forward to seeing more positive outcomes from Twinkles Childcare centre. Lovely childcare centre with compassionate and supportive team.

I am truly cheerful that my son is part of such a attentive, nurturing and supportive childcare centre. My son started here on 4th August 2020 and I am so pleased we joined.

My daughter has been there since she was a little over two years, and she has consistently been excited to go and attend her childcare centre day.
I would definitely suggest this childcare centre to my friends. The team is remarkable, highly supportive and understands personal situations and sometimes goes beyond the call of duty for the kid.

March 4, 2025 at 3:58 pmIt’s consistently surprising me. Full of exciting activities and heuristic teaching. The educators consistently are patient to communicate with kids. They let my kid understand what’s respect and integrity. How to take care of themselves. Make him become a little reader! The discovering atmosphere makes kids adore reading and critical thinking. There is a close connection between the kid and all the educators. And a close partnership between parents and educators. I am grateful my kid has an exceptional journey in Twinkles Church Walk. Twinkles Church Walk Childcare centre is incredible!

Team consistently keep us updated on everything via the app, phone and pick-up times… would suggest this childcare centre to everyone. What an incredible childcare centre – all the team are truly supportive and welcoming.

March 31, 2025 at 9:50 amI did not find any expert cleaning being done in the childcare centre.
2. There is no structured format of the activities being carried out with kids on daily basis.
3. Some equipment like hair cover, plastic bib is not provided, for the kids to encourage them to use while doing messy activities or eating around.
4. Shortage of team to take care of kids.
5. Team members are not too experienced to handle the kids and encourage them to learn more, do more different types of activities. My overall journey with the childcare centre is not that much satisfactory.

However, in recent months updates on how my son has been getting on at childcare centre is not as great as it has been previously. But apart from that this is a excellent childcare centre. My son has been coming to the childcare centre for over a year now and I’ve never had any problems.

May 5, 2025 at 8:34 amMy little boy has been attending Twinkles since he was 10 months old. From the management to the team in the room, the care, adore and assistance he and also us have received are incredible!
From the minute he arrives to the minute he leaves, he consistently has a smile on his face and receiving key information about his day on the app consistently makes us smile too.
The team go above and beyond for all the kids and consistently go that extra mile to make sure they can help in every way.
I will definitely suggest Church Walk to my family and friends.
Thank you for all you continue to do to make our little boy shine! I adore this childcare centre.

June 17, 2025 at 2:58 pmAs a parent, it’s a nervous time first handing over your kid but from the start, we have consistently felt we can trust the team which is key. You also want to see enthusiastic and welcoming team, which the Twinkles/Kids Planet family have provided from the word go.
It’s been excellent to have a relationship with the team too, which has continued as my son has changed through classrooms and different ages.
Big thumbs up from us and my son. My son has attended Twinkles/Kids Planet for the last eighteen months and we have been truly cheerful with his time at the childcare centre.

June 18, 2025 at 5:58 pmAlthough it was great the last time, now it has exceeded my expectations.
The manager of the childcare centre is highly approachable and not only listens to queries but deals with them promptly to her best abilities.
My daughter is in the baby room and has been cared for exceptionally. The girls in the baby room are out of this world – don’t think for a second that I’m trying to get something, but it’s the truth. My daughter is consistently spotless when picking up, the girls consistently smiling, and I can’t fault them.
As this time has been unusual of our time to keep everyone secure, visits have been reduced, nevertheless, they have put measures in place for us parents to be involved, so every morning I will get a video of different activities planned for the day and every achievement of my daughter are sent to me straight away so I don’t miss anything. Twinkle Childcare centre is the best. Well, I used Twinkle Childcare centre back in 2013 for my son for about 3-years and then came back for my daughter last year (May 2020).

June 25, 2025 at 12:16 amWe were impressed straight away with the friendliness and professionalism of the team. He is a cheerful and content baby and is developing well. The care and attention he has received at Twinkles has certainly had a big part to playtime in this. He loves going to childcare centre and is stimulated by the outstanding range of activities he has been able to take part in since he has been there. We read his daily food many with envy. We would have no hesitation in recommending Twinkles to our family and friends. Our son has been attending Twinkles since he was three months old.
