Kids Planet Eccleshill

Cannot thank the staff enough for helping my daughter to settle in, she’s also come along so well with her talking etc. So pleased I chose this nursery for her.

Our experience with Kinder Haven has been amazing. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for my son. They have taught him so much. He’s picked up everything so fast.
It’s going to be a sad day to leave but we will cherish all the friends we have made. I have told people about this nursery and now they come too and love it.

One teacher, in particular, is wonderful, very encouraging and is very close with my child and has created a great and enticing environment where my child is flourishing.
Cherubs is a wonderful room, my child has come on in leaps and bounds and is always happy to talk about nursery.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for nearly 2 years and she has progressed so much. The staff are so friendly and knowledgable. I would recommend this nursery to anyone. I feel relaxed going to work knowing she is so well looked after.

Absolutely love this nursery. My two year old son has attended this nursery since he was six months old. After having a small break due to my maternity, he has returned to this nursery and has settled right back in. It is almost like he never left. The staff have been amazing with him and have supported him to return so well. He is so excited to attend nursery and always talks about his teachers at home. My eight month old has recently just started in the baby room and he has settled very well. The baby room staff are so friendly, welcoming and have such a good relationship with him already. He’s never cried when dropped off in the morning, which make me feel better leaving him happy and he is always happy and smiley when I collect. I was very nervous about the boys attending nursery due to the current pandemic but the nursery has so many policies and safeguarding procedures in place that set my mind at ease. The outside areas are very spacious and the children access it regularly which my son loves.

Before my son started nursery he was very clingy and very fussy with food. He absolutely 100% loves coming to nursery. He now cries when leaving nursery and wants to go to nursery even when he doesn’t have to. Since he’s started he’s grown so much. They have helped him with his eating and managed to get my son to try new foods. I’m absolutely amazed and would recommend any parent to bring their child to Kinder Haven. Any issues I have had, they always resolve quickly.

My little boy has been attending Kids Planet Eccleshill since he was 7 months old. He’s now 22 months old and absolutely thriving!
I can’t recommend this nursery enough – from the staff, to communication, to activities – it’s all been fab!
The app to communicate with parents is great to be updated throughout the day without feeling like you need to call all the time.
I particularly like the creative activities that are done to include all celebrations and festivals and outdoor play is a definite favourite of my boy!
It’s more expensive than some other local nurseries, but I think it’s definitely worth it.

My child only joined Kids Planet in September in the toddler room and has settled so well. The ladies in the room are attentive towards his needs as he can be a little clingy, especially his key worker. I get daily updates on the app and that makes me feel at ease. They also have cameras in the room and sometimes I do ask management if I can watch the cameras before I pick my child up and they always have them ready for me to watch.
Management are really helpful as well, they helped me fill out all his paperwork and showed me how to download the app and set it up. Could not recommend this nursery enough.

Kids Planet Eccleshill, is friendly, welcoming and a great place for children to learn. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a nursery.
My son loves going and learning. They try and incorporate things for everyone, teaching him about different cultures and languages, I am glad they are showing him sign language, and other ways to communicate other than speech.
I like that the staff are approachable and understanding, that they listen to your concerns and try to address them. They also like to teach the children about different cultures, disabilities etc.
It’s also great that there’s the option to have a uniform or not.
Definitely going to be sad when my son leaves to go to school.
