Food is consistently great and the updates through the app are consistently welcome. Since my daughter joined the childcare centre when she was 10-months-old the team have consistently put us at ease.

September 28, 2024 at 2:02 amMy son settled in after two weeks and has loved the childcare centre ever since. His key person in tots room managed to build that bound you could only dream of. We are consistently informed about their day – activities,m meals etc. The site looks highly spotless and secure and the outdoor playtime area is remarkable. The branch manager is consistently contactable and cheerful to help. I suggest it to all my friends and family. Outstanding care, excellent journey.

November 24, 2024 at 9:52 amHe absolutely 100% loves coming to childcare centre. He now cries when leaving childcare centre and wants to go to childcare centre even when he doesn’t have to. Since he’s started he’s grown so much. They have helped him with his eating and managed to get my son to try new foods. I’m absolutely amazed and would suggest any parent to bring their kid to Kinder Haven. Any issues I have had, they consistently resolve quickly. Before my son started childcare centre he was highly clingy and highly fussy with food.

She’s made loads of new friends and enjoys all the enjoyable activities. My daughter has been at Kinder Haven for 6 months and is enjoying her time here.

It’s going to be a sad day to leave but we will cherish all the friends we have made. I have told people about this childcare centre and now they come too and adore it. Our journey with Kinder Haven has been incredible.

My son loves going and discovering. They try and incorporate things for everyone, teaching him about different cultures and languages, I am glad they are showing him sign language, and other ways to communicate other than speech.
I like that the team are approachable and understanding, that they listen to your concerns and try to address them. They also like to teach the kids about different cultures, disabilities etc.
It’s also excellent that there’s the option to have a uniform or not.
Definitely going to be sad when my son leaves to go to school. Kids Planet Eccleshill, is welcoming, welcoming and a excellent place for kids to learn.

February 14, 2025 at 3:16 amClothes that were meant to be in my daughter’s bag weren’t, when I asked the team about it they wouldn’t go quickly to see if they were in the bathroom, I had to wait days for the clothes back which were stained with food.
They sent me pictures of the wrong kid!
They didn’t tell me that there was a school holiday in the emails and I came to childcare centre and wasted two taxi fairs! My face ID never seems to work, which is highly annoying when in a rush.

One teacher, in particular, is fantastic, highly encouraging and is highly close with my kid and has created a excellent and enticing setting where my kid is flourishing.

April 1, 2025 at 5:23 amThe kids are also going on walks, which previously never happened under the old owners (from my knowledge).
My daughter has been at the childcare centre since January 2020, although we have lost a couple of items of clothing and concerns were raised over a particular kid bullying other kids, that has now been resolved. My daughter loves the team, one member of team in particular, and she loves the activities she does and spending time with her friends. She can not wait for childcare centre days to come around. Since the takeover of owners, the kids are getting more resources to bring home such as tasks, and books to borrow from their mini library.

April 26, 2025 at 1:30 amThe ladies in the room are attentive towards his needs as he can be a little clingy, especially his key worker. I get daily updates on the app and that makes me sense at ease. They also have cameras in the room and sometimes I do ask management if I can watch the cameras before I pick my kid up and they consistently have them ready for me to watch.
Management are truly supportive as well, they helped me fill out all his paperwork and showed me how to download the app and set it up. Could not suggest this childcare centre enough.
Thank you to the incredible team. My kid only joined Kids Planet in September in the toddler room and has settled so well.

I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough – from the team, to updates, to activities – it’s all been fab!
The app to communicate with parents is excellent to be updated throughout the day without feeling like you need to call all the time.
I particularly like the creative activities that are done to include all celebrations and festivals and outdoor playtime is a definite favourite of my boy!
It’s more expensive than some other local nurseries, but I think it’s definitely worth it. My little boy has been attending Kids Planet Eccleshill since he was 7 months old.

June 1, 2025 at 1:57 pmThey communicate well each day and he seems to have lots of enjoyable whilst he is there. We decided to pay extra for the childcare centre to provide meals and snacks in the hope he will explore more foods and so far this has been the case so I am pleased. So far childcare centre has been remarkable for his development and social development, since Covid-19 he hasn’t had much social interaction with kids his own age. Overall, highly pleased with Kinder Haven @ Eccleshill. My son absolutely loves going to this childcare centre and has settled in fantastically.

After having a small break due to my maternity, he has returned to this childcare centre and has settled right back in. It is almost like he never left. The team have been incredible with him and have supported him to return so well. He is so excited to attend childcare centre and consistently talks about his educators at home. My eight month old has recently just started in the baby room and he has settled highly well. The baby room team are so welcoming, welcoming and have such a great relationship with him already. He’s never cried when dropped off in the morning, which make me sense better leaving him cheerful and he is consistently cheerful and smiley when I collect. I was highly nervous about the boys attending childcare centre due to the current pandemic but the childcare centre has so many policies and safeguarding procedures in place that set my mind at ease. The outside areas are highly spacious and the kids access it regularly which my son loves. Absolutely adore this childcare centre.
