All the team are so lovely and accommodating, she has built excellent bonds with them and I sense cheerful and comfortable leaving her knowing she is in excellent hands. She consistently looks forward to going and asks me if it’s a childcare centre day every day and I sense it has helped with her development. The management are so supportive, they help you with any queries and put you at ease regarding any concerns. I highly suggest it, our son will be starting in September and I know what a excellent journey he will have. My 3-year-old has attended this childcare centre since she just turned 2 and it truly is incredible.

When he first started he wouldn’t listen and sometimes wasn’t highly nice towards his friends. Now his listening skills have progressed thanks to the team, he is also much kinder to his friends too. The team have incredible patience and I would suggest to everyone. I’m highly cheerful with my son’s care at childcare centre.

The baby room team have been incredible with them. I had lots of worries with them starting childcare centre with allergies but the girls alongside the deputy manager have dealt with it well and have catered for their needs. The girls are consistently cheerful when I collect them from childcare centre and come running to say “hi” before running off to playtime again. To me that’s a sign that they’ve had a enjoyable day. You are given full feedback on their day from meals eaten (alternatives consistently given if they don’t like something) to nap times and nappies.
They’re due to move into the next room at the end of January and I know visits have been planned for them to help them settle into the next room. They are also holding parents evening this month which gives me chance to speak to their key worker to find out how they are developing.

Childcare centre has truly helped their development so far. My girls have attended Kindercare – Pudsey (Part of the Treetops Family) since August 2017 and they have settled in highly well.

Our daughter loves it there and it’s clear she’s discovering a lot. The new online tools they’ve brought in truly help us to keep up to date with what she’s up to.
My only quibble would be how long it can take sometimes for someone to get back to you when you have a question. Busy Bees has been a blessing.

We could not be happier. My daughter has been attending this childcare centre for two years, and not a day goes by when she doesn’t come home excited, full of talks of what she has done.

She is consistently highly excited about going to childcare centre and regularly talks about her friends in her discovering group. This allows me online access to the type of activities she will be doing throughout the day including her dining menu. I am impressed with my daughter’s eating skills at the dining table, updates skills and the fact that she is already counting to ten! I have watched her eat Chinese noodles better than I could myself and I put this down to the varied activities and careful structure to the day that the team plan. The Busy Bees team are consistently available and dedicate their time to address any questions I may have. My daughter is growing into a settled and cheerful little girl and I sense the interaction at Busy Bees have helped lay these foundations. I would not hesitate to suggest this childcare centre to others and intend for her to stay until it is some for her to attend school. My daughter is 2 years of age and my journey of her care has been outstanding.

I was highly anxious and nervous about putting him in childcare centre so young, but the manager was highly welcoming and made me sense comfortable about putting my son in childcare centre at a young age. I adore seeing photo updates on the app and how cheerful he is at childcare centre. He has settled in truly well and I believe that this is down to the compassionate and attentive nature of the team in the baby room. My son is now 7 months old and is truly thriving in his development, and I do believe this is because team assistance and encourage his developmental needs. My little boy started in November 2022 at the age of 4 months old.

We have an outstanding relationship with my kid’s keyworker, who speaks positively about our daughter and communicates regularly about her days. She loves coming to childcare centre. We had a few problems for a while when she first started and I felt we had to explain on numerous occasions about her food intolerances, but all is well now. We are highly cheerful with our childcare centre.

It hasn’t consistently been owned by Busy Bees however many of the team have remained the same. My youngest is now in the pre-school room and consistently has a lot to say about his day when we pick him up. Highly COVID secure and delighted with the care and assistance they offer. We have been using this childcare centre for seven years now and have been delighted with the care provided.
