This has been highly positive and the childcare centre rooms have all had an incredible makeover. We still get lots of updates on the parent app, and it is excellent to see what my kid is up to. The menu is excellent, my kid eats a variety of different foods and loves telling me when she gets home what she has eaten today. We adore the face recognition to get into the childcare centre too. The team are excellent, welcoming and consistently let me know how my kid has got on that day. I would truly suggest the childcare centre to others! My kid has attended the setting since being a baby, and we have recently been part of the transition with Kids Planet.

He’s now almost at the end of his journey with these fantastic ladies. He has loved every minute! The team in every room he’s been in have been fantastic! Highly well‑informed, highly great with kids of all needs and ages. The activities they do with kids are imaginative and enjoyable. They regularly do trips and parents evenings for you to join in and get to know the team better. The app they have lets you keep up to date with your kid throughout the day and you can see their meals and activities!
The childcare centre itself is spotless, spacious and welcoming. Each room is well equipped and has a great range of toys and items for every age of kid!
I have been so cheerful with this childcare centre. I cannot fault one team member or one issue has never arisen in all the time we have been here!

A lot of activities, kids are well looked after and entertained. A lot of different corners to engage kids in, regular stay and playtime sessions for parents, big parking space for drop-offs and pick-ups, sizeable outdoor space and indoor soft playtime room. Highly recommended. Remarkable team!

The team are excellent at keeping us informed as to what activities are going on, what food has been eaten and they continually demonstrate a compassionate and attentive manner, which is reflected in how fondly the kids relate to them. The childcare centre manager is outstanding at pro-active updates as well as answering even the most mundane enquiries. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this childcare centre to any prospective family. Our son has been going to Kinder Haven Ltd @ Waterloo Road for over a year now and we cannot speak highly enough of what we have experienced as parents and what our son experiences day to day.
