They have ensured he settled in seamlessly. I adore the variety of activities they do across a day and the focus on kid development from as early as babies is stand out in my mind. The outside space is accessible to the baby room and used a lot – it’s a excellent space to ensure fresh air and outdoor playtime. Capture; the online diary system is well used and includes pictures and basic routines of my son’s day. I find this highly informative and supportive – provides excellent memories too. Outstanding overall journey with fantastic team and management who are welcoming, approachable and open-minded to discussions. I’m so grateful we got a place here. Thank you. I was nervous about sending him to Childcare centre from 6 months but it was one of the best decisions we made. The Team are all incredible, they have a genuine adore for all the kids and go above and beyond to ensure that they are cheerful, and comforted, and sense as though the Childcare centre is their second home. The facilities are exceptional and my son’s development has been outstanding from day 1. He is such a cheerful and confident little boy and he has developed such exceptional social skills. In October 2021, our son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and it was a highly traumatic time for us. I will forever be grateful to the Childcare centre as they helped me to push for a diagnosis after noticing that my son’s behaviour had changed. They all trained to be able to manage his condition on a daily basis and have done such an incredible job. I know that he is in the safest hands every day which is the best comfort you can ask for. My son has attended Kids Planet Boston Spa since October 2020.

My daughter is cheerful there and seems to be thriving and I sense that the team are supportive of our family. The management team are exceptionally passionate about the childcare centre and do a excellent job of running a nurturing setting. Generally highly cheerful with the childcare centre and the team.

We viewed a lot of nurseries but Twinkles stood out to us because of the lovely welcome we received and the family sense to it. A lot of the other nurseries bombarded us with statistics and results but Twinkles showed us warmth, adore and kindness. The management who showed us around knew every kid and they all came running up to them as they showed us around.
Three years on and it’s still the best decision we ever made. My little girl is full of self‑assurance, enjoyable and happiness and she tells me every day all the things she’s learned that day. In each room she’s been in, she’s adored her key worker but equally adores the other ‘educators’. It’s highly much a family orientated childcare centre and everyone smiles and waves hello when we come in. Even the chef talks to the kids and my little girl adore him because he makes silly faces! Fantastic childcare centre. My little girl is three and has been at Twinkles since she was six months old and my second baby is due to start next week in Baby Stars.

They are truly settled there and are so cheerful when I pick them up that they don’t want to come home!
Both of their key workers (and the other childcare centre team) are truly involved in their development, and feedback to me daily on what both kids have been doing and discovering.
Whenever I’ve had any questions or concerns about either kid, the childcare centre has worked with me to address it and made an effort to give extra attention to help my kids when needed.
Twinkles is a truly cheerful, secure and secure setting and the team truly care about the kids and want to help them grow into intelligent, confident individuals.
One of my kids has severe allergies and Twinkles have been truly vigilant and accommodating with him. Making sure he’s never left out at mealtimes and is consistently secure if foods he is allergic to are being consumed by other kids.

She has came on so much in herself, she has her own little character and is truly confident. I believe coming to childcare centre from 11 months of age has truly had input on her development. She comes home and she has learnt how to do songs with actions etc. She loves childcare centre, has never cried once and settled in so well. Couldn’t suggest them enough. My daughter has been coming to Twinkles/Kids Planet since January 2022.

She’s consistently so cheerful when she sees her key workers on a morning which makes me sense at ease her being there.
I think it’s incredible that they do so many different activities during the day to help them learn and develop.
They consistently provide great healthy meals and snacks which I think is exceptional.
I was consistently worried about putting my daughter into childcare centre at a young age but I’m so glad I did now I’ve seen how much enjoyable she has! I’m super cheerful with this childcare centre which my daughter goes to.

From manager to key worker to chef, every team member is thoughtful, attentive and, importantly, enjoyable. The management of the recent pandemic has been remarkable – reassuringly thorough with safety measures but also taking a common-sense approach to the individual needs of the kid. The rooms are set up with interesting items to playtime with and the garden is a real highlight. Fully suggest. Our three boys currently attend Twinkles (x2 Shooting Stars and x1 Rising Stars) and we’ve consistently been truly cheerful with the care they receive.

The team are welcoming and there are lots of lovely resources inside the classroom. They are great with updating the app in terms of what he has been doing and eating each day. We are cheerful with preschool, especially access to things like forest school.

Our son has not had the easiest time settling in, and all members of team we’ve encountered have gone out of their way to help him and us to sense more comfortable.
The COVID situation was well managed by the childcare centre, and parents were kept up to date throughout the lockdown and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest Twinkles to other parents. Since sending our little boy to Twinkles last year, we have found the childcare centre team to be consistently expert, well organised, attentive and communicative.
