Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery and Preschool Otley

They do so many fantastic things with the kids at Monkey Puzzle, and the team consistently go above and beyond. I couldn’t suggest Monkey Puzzle highly enough. My son absolutely loves coming to childcare centre and is consistently so chatty about everything he’s done throughout the day when I pick him up.

Both boys have come on tremendously, they helped one to walk. Both boys come home tired after a busy day. They consistently seem to have things to do and nothing is too much for the team. They are so supportive and considerate and the care they give the boys just light up in their faces. I am so highly cheerful with the childcare centre, one started in April and one in June.

We’ve been there twice now but the second time there wasn’t a decision to make, we’d already found Monkey Puzzle! There are so many great things to say, too many to write!
They are consistently expert but with a welcoming and personal touch.
They regularly assess the development of every kid to ensure all of their individual needs are met all of the time.
They’re constantly finding ways to make themselves even better, adapting and growing to ensure the kids have the best start in life. Parents are asked for their feedback, opinions and suggestions which I adore!
They are regularly led by the kids’s imaginations and let them take everyone in the room on adventures. They create educational tasks/activities based on their interests and ideas which helps them truly engage and makes discovering enjoyable! There is never a time that I am not met with huge smiles when I collect at the end of the day. 100% suggest! Finding a childcare centre that is perfect for you and your kid is hard.

My baby daughter gets so much loving attention during the day and is consistently doing something messy and enjoyable. She settled truly quickly, and her key person is incredible, keeps us up to date with what she’s up to, we get pics via the app so we know she’s having a excellent day and eating great food. Also, she can sleep when it suits her in the separate quiet room/sleep room. It’s the peace of mind we need when we’re at work. So glad we found this childcare centre, it’s definitely the best one in the area so hoping to keep my daughter there until she starts school as the Preschool has also been recommended to us by other parents. I can’t praise Monkey Puzzle highly enough.

We’ve been delighted with how he has settled in, how cheerful he is there and his development. The team are fantastic, genuinely attentive and are cheerful to help with everything. It’s been a difficult time for everyone during this pandemic, but they have not let this affect things. I adore the updates on the app (which is easy for us) it brightens my day to see the enjoyable activities he’s doing at childcare centre. Our son has recently started at Monkey Puzzle.

I couldn’t have asked for a better childcare centre and preschool, the team truly care for the kids and do so many exciting activities. They’ve taught my kid a huge amount and prepared him so wonderfully for his next steps. As a parent I’ve felt looked after too, and reassured that my kid was getting the best. Thank you everyone at Monkey Puzzle Day Childcare centre, it will be a wrench to leave such a cheerful place. My kid has been here since he just turned 1 and is just about to leave to go to primary school.

The team have been incredible, their updates and commitment to ensuring a smooth transition into their childcare centre setting has made us sense exceptionally confident that our kid is in the best place! My son has recently started at Monkey Puzzle and our journey to date has been nothing short of outstanding.

The team work so hard to understand the individual needs of every kid and it is lovely the see the bond they share with all of the kids. The childcare centre is professionally run with well-trained team and excellent updates. Over what has undoubtedly been an exceptionally difficult few months for the childcare centre, it has been heartening to see them consistently putting the kids first and doing whatever they can to assistance their needs, above all else. Most importantly, my son runs out of the house every morning, excited to get to childcare centre and spends the whole time he’s not there talking about going back. So they must be doing something right. My son has been going to Monkey Puzzle since he was 9 months old, he is now 2 and a half and he absolutely loves it.

I couldn’t suggest Monkey Puzzle highly enough. The team are exceptional. Their knowledge and journey are highly impressive and they truly care about the kids. Outstanding facilities and outdoor space. I’m so pleased we chose Monkey Puzzle. My boys adore it. My eldest kid finished at Monkey Puzzle last year and my youngest is still there.

The team go above and beyond to take care of the kids. The facilities and outdoor space are fantastic. My daughter has additional needs and the team make sure that her extra needs are met. They make you sense nothing is too much effort. Our daughter thoroughly enjoys attending each week. Would highly suggest Monkey Puzzle Childcare centre.
