The care they have received is exceptional and the feedback was consistently inviting and welcoming I have used Hillside for both of my 2 kids and wouldn’t hesitate to suggest them.

I sometimes sense that I stand second to his carers! We have no complaints – 10/10 Does what it says on the box, and much more.

My kids are highly cheerful here and are consistently excited to go see their friends and the team members who they have such great relationships with. Highly suggest. My kids have attended here for the past five years, and I couldn’t have wished for a better childcare centre for my kids to grow and develop in.

It’s a lovely setting and remarkable for the kids. Both my kids adore going to childcare centre. Absolutely incredible! Both my kids have attended Hillside Childcare – Queen Street.

November 4, 2024 at 10:35 amI couldn’t ask for more when it comes to the adore, care and commitment the team showed him. He thrived at childcare centre and developed into the confident, intelligent boy he is now. He had spent the last few years in OOSC which he loved and his excited to go back when his twin brother and sister join Hillside too. The meals offered at Hillside are homely and full of nutrition, kitchen team put their heart and soul into preparing fresh meals each day. My son attended Hillside from being 9 months old till 6 years old when he has taken a break during my maternity.

My son’s self‑assurance has grown and he has developed so many new skills and become more sociable and outgoing since attending childcare centre. The feeling and team are highly welcoming and one setting is well equipped for all the kids.
I would definitely suggest this childcare centre to other parents. My son has been attending Hillside since September 2021 from one highly beginning team have done everything they can to help him settle in and meet his needs.

My daughters self‑assurance and skills have developed substantially since she started. The activities available are excellent and in line with helping her to grow and build. The team loves to listen and use this information to develop activities and games. We have had a fantastic journey at the childcare centre.

The team are exceptionally supportive and are willing to help with anything that they can help with.

I don’t have a single negative thing to say, they have looked after my 2 kids with their best interests and development as a priority from the beginning. Hillside Childcare has been an absolute godsend to our family over the last five years!

April 14, 2025 at 1:07 amThe team are excellent and I would 100% suggest it. Highly accommodating and stick to any schedules/routines you would like to. There is a variety of food so she tries new foods all the time. Our daughter loves her days here.

The childcare centre is highly spotless, ran professionally, the team are welcoming and attentive.
So much discovering and stimulation for the kids.

June 5, 2025 at 5:58 pmHe absolutely loves the childcare centre and all the ladies who work with him, they have all been exceptional with him. My son has additional needs and I could not ask more from the team, with getting his EHCP in place so early for him, to meeting every single one of his individual needs. My son has gone from being non verbal to talking all the time and he is discovering so much at childcare centre. My daughter will also be starting here in the next couple of weeks. The team are so welcoming and they all do an incredible job! My kid has attended Hillside Childcare – Queen Street for over a year now and the development he has made is outstanding.

June 23, 2025 at 8:43 amThe team in the baby room are incredible when I pick my daughter up I consistently see the team involved in all the babies and they consistently accommodate and ensure they adhere to equality diversity and inclusion, the management are hands on and consistently interact with the kids. I would consistently suggest this childcare centre to any of my family and friends. My daughter has attended this childcare centre since March 2022 I am consistently kept up to date with her development and development, how her fluid and nutrition have been and how her day has been, if she has ever been unwell or there has been any issues or concerns I have consistently been called or informed on collection hillside consistently have their kids’s best interest at heart.
