September 26, 2024 at 10:28 amThe childcare centre goes out of their way to settle in kids and kids are allowed to explore and be themselves, the takeover has been truly great and I am seeing some positive changes. The only thing I am not overly keen on is the menu but it is healthy and massive variety but some days I think it’s not highly kid welcoming. Kids consistently come out cheerful and have consistently done truly great activities.

October 30, 2024 at 11:15 pmI was so apprehensive as lockdown had secluded us from the normality of the world and my daughter was highly much used to me and my husband only. However, she quickly became highly fond of the childcare centre nurses and the other kids and I sense like she has had some form of normality during COVID and these unprecedented times.
She thoroughly enjoys it now and I’m highly cheerful with the welcoming team and their constant updates regarding my daughter’s development. My daughter started in January 2021.

My daughter loves going to childcare centre, I’ve never had a problem and it’s a excellent childcare centre. I sent my daughter to childcare centre when I started college she was only about 10 months old and she’s come such a long way since starting.

January 10, 2025 at 6:01 pmHe’s excited to see them every time he goes and he talks about them and his friends nonstop at home. Kids Planet have made me sense highly comfortable in leaving him without me for the time he’s gone and I’m never worried about him because I know he’s well looked after and having a excellent time. My son has made such incredible development with everything from speech to playing with other kids and part of that credit should go to his childcare centre team.

She has excelled so much since coming to this childcare centre and I believe they have done a excellent job getting her ready to start her school journey. The childcare centre manager is so supportive and polite and consistently on hand to answer any questions and the practitioners in the rooms are exceptional, three members especially. Incredible childcare centre with incredible team.

February 16, 2025 at 7:17 pmHowever, within one week of my kid being at the childcare centre I can say it was the best decision I made for my kid. I noticed a huge difference in his speaking and communicating skills over a period of 4 weeks compared to 2 years at the other childcare centre. The childcare centre are currently helping me to potty train my little one and are so supportive. They consistently reassure me that he has had a remarkable day and are so attentive towards him. I sense so at ease leaving him at the childcare centre as I know he is well looked after and highly well-fed (his favourite part of the day). Thank you Kinder Haven for being the best childcare centre I have come across. You guys should be so proud of your team! I moved my kid over from another provider in July with some anxiety as I hadn’t seen the inside of the childcare centre or spoken to the team.

February 23, 2025 at 11:31 pmWe felt it would benefit our little girl to have some other secure contact with other kids and adults. It was also a need due to continuing to work through the pandemic.
Upon speaking to the childcare centre (owned by another company at the time) we found comfort in the team and decided to enrol our kid there.
Since then we’ve not looked back and will be forever grateful for the childcare centre’s assistance with raising and teaching our little girl. We know she is secure and looking forward to picking her up to hear about her day.
She is consistently well-fed and loves the selection at the childcare centre – she enjoys outdoor and imaginative playtime which is consistently encouraged at the childcare centre. More so now as the new owners are introducing day trips – which we as parents think is outstanding.
The team at the childcare centre playtime a huge part in our little girl’s life at the moment and we can see how hard they have and are continuing to work. The need for childcare for us came during a global pandemic.

Consistently cheerful to help with any extra sessions. Highly recommended. Outstanding childcare centre, with highly welcoming well‑informed team who know every kid inside out.

April 1, 2025 at 6:24 pmMy kid has grown within herself by becoming more confident, trying lots of new foods and has learnt so much since starting. I regret not sending her here when I returned to work after maternity. The team are all fantastic and will consistently let you know about any problems your kid is having or answer any questions you may have. You can tell they are all highly passionate about their job and the care they have for the kids. The site is highly secure and takes pride in safeguarding. My second little girl will 100% be attending this site when I return to work – I cannot fault the team at all. My little girl started here in late 2021 and it was the best decision we have made.

My son consistently comes home with something new learnt and is highly social and confident. The Team are exceptional and so accommodating and highly flexible in their expert manner and every request to date has been fulfilled with no issues whatsoever.
