Staff are really friendly. Always a friendly environment. Very convenient for me. I had both of my children here for over four years and I’m very happy with the service they provide.

I moved my child over from another provider in July with some anxiety as I hadn’t seen the inside of the nursery or spoken to the staff. However, within one week of my child being at the nursery I can say it was the best decision I made for my child. I noticed a huge difference in his speaking and communicating skills over a period of 4 weeks compared to 2 years at the other nursery. The nursery are currently helping me to potty train my little one and are so supportive. They always reassure me that he has had a fantastic day and are so caring towards him. I feel so at ease leaving him at the nursery as I know he is well looked after and very well-fed (his favourite part of the day). Thank you Kinder Haven for being the best nursery I have come across. You guys should be so proud of your staff!

My daughter started in January 2021. I was so apprehensive as lockdown had secluded us from the normality of the world and my daughter was very much used to me and my husband only. However, she quickly became very fond of the nursery nurses and the other children and I feel like she has had some form of normality during COVID and these unprecedented times.
She thoroughly enjoys it now and I’m very happy with the friendly staff and their constant updates regarding my daughter’s development.

An excellent nursery that has really helped my child flourish and become more social and interact. He has learned so many new skills and words. The staff are all very kind and always make me feel comfortable about where my child is.

I sent my daughter to nursery when I started college she was only about 10 months old and she’s come such a long way since starting. I feel as though they’ve helped her with her speech and when she began to walk. My daughter loves going to nursery, I’ve never had a problem and it’s a great nursery.

My little girl started here in late 2021 and it was the best decision we have made. My child has grown within herself by becoming more confident, trying lots of new foods and has learnt so much since starting. I regret not sending her here when I returned to work after maternity. The staff are all wonderful and will always let you know about any problems your child is having or answer any questions you may have. You can tell they are all very passionate about their job and the care they have for the children. The site is very secure and takes pride in safeguarding. My second little girl will 100% be attending this site when I return to work – I cannot fault the staff at all.

My son has made such amazing progress with everything from speech to playing with other children and part of that credit should go to his nursery staff. He’s excited to see them every time he goes and he talks about them and his friends nonstop at home. Kids Planet have made me feel very comfortable in leaving him without me for the time he’s gone and I’m never worried about him because I know he’s well looked after and having a great time.

Best place ever with very loving and supportive staff. You don’t miss out on anything as the staff keep you updated on everything regarding your child. This is a place where you don’t have to worry if your child is in good hands. Brilliant place and staff.

Excellent nursery, with very friendly knowledgeable staff who know every child inside out. Give great updates throughout the day as to what your child is up to. Fun activities. Teach independence from a young age. Always happy to help with any extra sessions. Highly recommended.

Kids Planet Hall Lane is a fantastic nursery, the staff are friendly and caring, the nursery has a lot of resources and good food for the children. My mind is always at peace when my daughter is there.
