Kids Planet Wyke

She is completely obsessed with the childcare centre practitioners and can’t wait to see them each morning, which is a testament to the strong relationships they have helped her to form. The updates via the app is outstanding and we adore receiving photos of her having a fabulous time. We would 100% suggest Kids Planet Wyke to anyone! We couldn’t ask for a better childcare centre for our daughter; the development she has made since starting there just over a year ago has been incredible.

He has thrived in his years at this childcare centre and has developed year on year. Within the last few months of attending childcare centre, he came home singing phonics songs that he had been taught at childcare centre helping him with the transition into big school, this helped us as full time working parents greatly! Consistently kept in the loop with him throughout the day, including meals and activities etc. On the rare occasion, there has been any sort of problem the manager and the rest of the girls have done all they can to help sort the problem. Would highly suggest My little boy recently left childcare centre to start in reception, he has attended this same childcare centre since the age of 1.

Basically, if you don’t work and you don’t have the money you are not treated the same. They offer an online app so you can see daily meals, actives, etc but will only be able to access this if you pay. On one occasion my son wasn’t at childcare centre but still got a report to say what he’d had for breakfast, lunch, and tea. Did ask the manager how this was possible when he wasn’t even there. Made me question what was he eating and what were they doing? At this point, I put my son on pack-ups.
The manager is rude and on a few occasions made me sense uncomfortable. Doesn’t handle situations professionally and I wouldn’t suggest this childcare centre. Highly difficult to deal with and expensive. Depending on what you are willing to pay depends on how they treat you.

Hopefully things stay as they are now as it has been improved (but only after numerous complaints). I was not cheerful with my daughter’s care – felt my complaints weren’t being dealt with correctly. Now the manager has changed things seemed to have improved. This reflects on past events.

We chose this childcare centre over others due to the large spacious rooms and outdoor space.

Well run and easy to follow on what my kid is doing. As my kid is of an older age group I get updates on collection of meals and on the app for any discovering/development where necessary. My kid loves going to childcare centre and I sense secure knowing that my kid enjoys it as well as knowing I am given any necessary updates by management or team especially through the current situation that everyone is living now. Truly welcoming supportive team.

We have watched him grow over the last year from a baby to a bright, talkative toddler. He has learned words, songs and games at Kids Planet that have taken us by surprise.
He is given a wide range of food that has helped us to shape his diet at home.
He is excited to go every morning and is consistently cheerful to see the practitioners in his room.
We sense comfortable in the knowledge that he is secure there, and we are consistently kept up to date with his day.
I am highly cheerful with our journey so far from Kids Planet Wyke and have recommended it to other local parents. Kids Planet in Wyke has been the perfect place for my son’s development.

She puts her arms out to team when I pass her over and I’m cheerful to leave her in the care of the baby room team. I get all the updates on the app and lovely photos each time she attends. The amount of themed days, stay and plays and activities the kids do is incredible and I can’t wait for my little girl to be involved in many more of them! Thank you so much to the baby room team, you’re all doing incredible and make it easier for me to leave my whole world in someone else’s hands! My baby started a few months ago and only does 1 day a week, I sense like the team in the baby room know her so well already!

Sense highly comfortable leaving my kid. May cry going in but the team soon comfort the kid and they become settled. The team do great activities with the kids and teach them new skills. The childcare centre is highly spotless and smells spotless and nice. All the team are polite and dressed smartly. The team are helping with potty training. I have no concerns about leaving my kid at childcare centre. Great new manager.

She was a highly quiet kid now come out of her shell and she can’t wait to go the next day, well-done girls keep it up thank you,x Highly great updates throughout the childcare centre, all team highly well mannered and cheerful to help, and the manager more than supportive and cheerful to assist at any point, my daughter has come on leaps and bounds since attending Kinder Haven @ Town Gate Wyke.
