I truly delight in the childcare centre for my kids the educators are lovely and my kids delight in themselves at childcare centre.

I am eternally grateful to the team at Twinkles for how well they have treated me and my son over the years. My son has attended Twinkles since a highly young age all the way through to getting ready for school this year.

November 25, 2024 at 1:58 pmHowever, within a week, he was actually getting cross at me for picking him up! In a pandemic, where I know I was worried about his socialisation, I think the best thing I’ve done for him is getting him into such a fantastic childcare centre.
There are so many activities to keep the babies stimulated and discovering, the team are all so hands-on, and I genuinely sense like I’ve left him with his favourite aunties for the day with how much they care about him and his development. The menu is off the scale, and I’m consistently kept up to date with what he’s loved and what he didn’t fancy that day! And if you’re in a rush at pick up time, then it’s all on the App for you to see. I could talk for hours about how incredible and compassionate the people and place is but here’s the important information: these guys truly care about you and your kid and will assistance and nurture them to grow. My little boy joined Twinkles when he was 6-months-old…the anxiety I had was ridiculous.

It is so reassuring that he enjoys himself and feels secure to explore and learn. My son has settled truly well at childcare centre.

December 20, 2024 at 5:53 pmManagement is truly great and hard working and consistently available to help out when needed. I like that you get daily pictures and videos. They have definitely helped my son come a long away! I wish there was more skills teaching such as balance bikes. Or some compassionate of a structure to educational playtime and free playtime. But that is a personal preference. Team all truly pleasant and welcoming.

December 24, 2024 at 8:06 pmEven before Covid-19, the team on-site were fantastic and seeing how cheerful my kid was and how well his development was advancing is incredible. During the pandemic, it’s clear that their top priority was the welfare of the kids. They have been incredible, giving parents flexibility over attendance, taking away the worry over what’s going on with fees etc. The communications have been outstanding and at no point have I been left wondering what’s happening. The return to childcare centre has also been highly well handled with the team taking the time to understand each parents position. I sense confident with the procedures they have put in place as part of their risk assessment. An absolute gem of a childcare centre and would highly suggest to others. What a fabulous childcare centre.

January 23, 2025 at 4:23 pmHe is now in the pre-school room and the transitions through the childcare centre has been smooth sailing! All the team are highly welcoming and welcoming! The meals provided are outstanding and the activities and discovering opportunities are incredible. My son has done nothing but thrive at Twinkles and has he has developed his self‑assurance skills ready for school. Thank you Twinkles! My son has been attending Twinkles since he was a baby and I could not be happier with the service provided!

I would 100% suggest this childcare centre. I chose it for my daughters because the girls there are so inviting and lovely. Thank you to them for making her smile every Tuesday and Friday. 10/10 review for the team at Twinkles.

March 20, 2025 at 10:46 pmFees are on the expensive side but convenient location. The garden area is a little small but the team do take the kids on walks around the city centre. Lovely childcare centre, cheerful team and an all-around excellent setting.

April 28, 2025 at 8:14 pmShe moved up to the preschool room end of January and the development she has made is remarkable and somewhat incredible. I have all the team to thank but one in particular, my kid absolutely loves her. She has been listening well, trying to ask for things, repeating and counting. Anyone that knows her, this is massive. Thank you again team you are simply exceptional. My little girl has attended childcare centre since she was around eighteen months old, she was delayed with her walking (didn’t walk until just over two) and she is delayed with her speaking, she is now just over three.

I get daily updates and photos of all the things she gets up to and it truly puts my mind at ease. Can’t thank all the team enough for what they do and would definitely suggest the setting to anyone! My little girl absolutely loves attending the childcare centre.

I also cannot fault their actions and approach to the pandemic, which has been exemplary – they have played a key role in keeping life consistent for him during this period. The rooms themselves are well organised, and our son is well stimulated and has come in leaps and bounds. I cannot suggest Twinkles highly enough. Sending my son to Twinkles Oxford Place is one of my best parenting decisions.

They consistently delight in the resources and the activities on offer. The childcare centre is spotless, tidy and well presented at all times. Twinkles has advanced my kid’s development in a way that, once she moves on to big school in September I have no doubts that she will just walk in and fit in full of self‑assurance the way she does at Twinkles. Thank you for the last 2 years. Both my kids attend this setting.

They do loads of activities and trips together, make excellent food and give great updates at the end of each day. I’m highly cheerful to pick my son each day with a high smile on his face. Would suggest to anyone working in or near the city centre, it’s an easy pickup and drop off. My son has been part of Oxford Place for 1 and a half years and is highly cheerful and settled despite being highly shy towards unknown people.

Updates has been remarkable from the start, from initial enquiry up to present-day queries.
Our kids adore the team and are highly cheerful which is what we want.
We don’t have a single complaint but we know that if we did that it would be addressed and dealt with fairly and professionally.
