All 3 of our kids have attended, so we have journey of all the different rooms and facilities they have to offer. The building and grounds are kept to an outstanding standard. It is spotless with a large variety of toys and offers a wide selection of home-cooked food. The childcare centre provide a range of activities and plan things to do to get the kids ready for school. The team are incredible. They truly go above and beyond for the kids. All the team are so compassionate and attentive and treat the kids as if they were their own. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this childcare centre to anyone. I cannot speak highly enough of First Class Childcare centre.

The childcare centre manager runs the setting exceptionally well, she is approachable, excellent with updates and clearly involved with the team and kids on a daily basis. The quality of provision is high and the team are clearly committed to providing a excellent start to kids’s development at every stage. My son was highly cheerful during his 4 years at First Class Childcare centre and left well and truly ready for school. A fantastic childcare centre with compassionate, attentive and well trained team.

She has consistently come out of childcare centre cheerful and telling me about all the enjoyable stuff she has done and about all her friends she’s played with. The childcare centre followed our requirements regarding toilet training and other requirements and now my daughter has cracked them all. I definitely would suggest this childcare centre to anyone as it’s a excellent childcare centre. My daughter has attended here over 2 years and has developed highly well through the childcare centre.

They give her the best standard of care, paying the attention to every detail wherever possible that I can sense by having the daily feedback from them. The team are also supportive of any questions/concerns I have with my daughter as she is my first kid. The team offer variety of activities throughout the day. I especially adore their policy to go outside as much as possible.
The childcare centre also respects as much as possible the policy of us, for example, not giving specific food, the routine etc.
I definitely suggest this childcare centre to friends & family. My daughter loves the team, I trust them as well.

Three years ago, when we unexpectedly found out we were having another kid, there was no question where we were going to send him. First Class, are their namesake, they provide ‘First Class’ care, enabling you to go to work, confident and assured that your kid will be well cared for and secure. I think First Class stands out from other nurseries as you sense that they truly adore and care for each individual kid. Sadly, both my sons have had to go to childcare centre from 3 months old due to my job, but as a expert working mum, this is one aspect of our busy family life I have never worried about. Both of my kids have excelled at First Class with their language, speech and social skills which I put down to the nurturing childcare centre setting. I cannot make any higher recommendation than the manager and her outstanding team if you want the reassurance of knowing your kid will be well cared for, nurtured and loved. My eldest son, who is almost 16, attended First Class many years ago.

The team have consistently been exceptional with her and encouraging her to learn new things and were exceptional in the potty training process. Both the manager and team are consistently willing to answer any questions needed and help in any way. Exceptional childcare centre. My daughter has gone to First Class since she was 9 months she is now 3 years old, she has loved every minute of childcare centre and has had a special bond with all of her key workers.
