They truly care about the kids and go above and beyond to make sure your kid is cheerful.
My little girl started in preschool last year and she had never left me before this so it was a challenging time for her to adjust but she soon came around thanks to the team in the room and after a couple of weeks no more tears and has run to childcare centre ever since. She has a real bond with the team in the room and management team too which I don’t think you get elsewhere. She is cheerful, more confident and truly enjoys childcare centre. Everyday she comes out full of story from the day and learns so much too from numbers, letters and so many songs and stories. All 3 of my kids have attended this childcare centre and I would highly suggest to anyone. The team here are incredible, especially in preschool.

Upon collection, the team are consistently informative about her day, what the day’s activities are, food eaten and nap times. The childcare centre itself seems to consistently be spotless and has interactive things in the corridor area, especially when the chicks were being incubated – then hatched.. something I’ve not seen myself either. Highly thorough with any bruising and issues to safety/health too. (Forms). Thank you to all the team for working throughout Covid issues and restrictions, and I would happily suggest! The team consistently seem to be in a cheerful mood which I believe reflects on to the kids and I have yet to see my kid come home in a bad mood.

Excellent handovers, and use of tapestry. My kid is highly cheerful when I bring him into childcare centre, and cheerful when I collect him. I have had no issues with the childcare centre. Great updates with parents and involvement in planning etc. A lovely childcare centre, with lovely team who take the time to have a chat with me.

I would suggest it to any parent. Incredible team who understand and know every kid individually. All team know every kid’s name and even siblings! They worked truly hard in settling my little boy into the childcare centre when he struggled with detachment issues, also supporting me with my anxieties around this matter. They have also offered lots of other assistance in other areas and I consistently sense that they are they’re there to help if we need anything. More than cheerful my boy will be progressing into pre-school here. An absolutely excellent place for kids, cannot thank the team enough. Absolutely remarkable childcare centre.

All the team are incredible welcoming attentive people. they gave me truly great assistance when my kid first started with detachment issues and since then my kid has thrived with development. I have never had any issues. The childcare centre is truly well cleaned and the kitchen team do incredible with the food as my kid has never gone without a meal because of not liking it. They consistently have different food to offer if a kid does not like what they have. The management team are exceptional and forever keeping us updated on any changes. Overall I would highly suggest Little Owls to everyone I know. My kid has been coming to Little Owls from 2019 to 2022.

All the team are consistently so nice and polite. He is going to miss them all and I’m going to miss his stories on what they get upto on a day-to-day basis. Little Owls have been incredible throughout the 3 years my son has been there.

He has a lovely bond with Amy who he gets excited about seeing everyday. My kid has settled in from the first day he started last year in September he has achieved so much in the time he’s been here he loves playing with all the other kids.

You truly have brought our daughter out of her shell. I just want to say a truly big thank you to you all. My daughter wouldn’t settle at first but the team at Little Owls have been excellent with her, especially her keyworker.
