August 1, 2022 at 12:00 amMy two-year-old daughter has been going to the nursery for the last couple of months. That is the first time she has been to a real nursery since attending childminders. I have been worried that she might find it overwhelming but she settled in pretty quick. The staff is so lovely and friendly, always have a smile on their faces which is important when working with children. They serve healthy foods and don’t force children to eat anything unless they are hungry. There are always new activities each day so that is just brilliant. I highly appreciate everything they do!

My little one struggled to settle in her previous setting and I thought she just didn’t like going.
My little one loves going to nursery and has made lots of friends. The staff are very good and always put you at ease, they make a fuss of all the children.

My child started at the nursery at 7 months old and whilst I did have concerns around leaving them, the staff made the transition settled and less anxiety inducing.
My child really enjoys their time at nursery and has built amazing bonds with their key person and staff in the setting.
The use of the app is also a great tool for gaining an insight into our child’s learning and next steps.

August 1, 2022 at 12:00 amGood nursery. My son absolutely loves this place. The staff always prepared on a high level – different activities, interesting things to do every day. On the app – you have got photos and daily report of your child’s progress.

August 2, 2022 at 12:00 amAbsolutely no faults with this nursery whatsoever. Both my boys have been here, the eldest started in 2018 and the youngest is just about to leave to start school. All the staff are lovely and can’t do enough for the children. We receive regular app updates on the children’s progress and just to keep us informed on what they’ve been up to throughout the day. All 3 rooms are well presented and they have a lovely outdoor area where they can play every day. My eldest is always jealous when I drop the youngest off on a morning because he wants to be back here instead of school. He says chef’s dinners are better than school’s. They both have/had close bonds with the staff here and will be deeply missed when they leave. Would 110% recommend Little Owls Nursery Rothwell.

August 9, 2022 at 12:00 amMy 4 year old daughter has been with Little Owls Nursery Rothwell since August last year and she loves it! She doesn’t say bye to me at the door she just walks in, it’s like home from home for her. The staff are always happy to see her. She will miss them all once she leaves to go to school in a few week’s time.

She is also so happy and content and she always has a great day at nursery. All the staff are lovely and I would recommend the nursery to anyone. Keep up the good work everyone!

May 30, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son hasn’t been in any form of daycare before he started Little Owls Nursery in April. The staff have all been so friendly and welcoming to my son and myself. He has adjusted so well and loves his time at nursery. He is learning so many social skills and we have received some constructive pointers as to improve his overall development, which makes me feel he is really cared for as an individual not just a number. Little Owls staff really go that extra mile to not only care for my son, but positively mould behaviour and development, and communicate so clearly with myself so we are all on the same page.
I am extremely happy I choose Little Owls for my son and couldn’t thank the staff enough!

June 12, 2023 at 12:00 amI honestly cannot recommend Little Owls Nursery Rothwell enough. Since starting his journey with you at the beginning of the academic year my son has progressed so much. We knew he had additional needs and were struggling to get him to communicate at home and with his childminder but with your tremendous support and encouragement he is now coming on leaps and bounds. Thank you so much and we are looking forward to watching him flourish more over the next year.
