Best childcare centre in the area by far, would definitely suggest to other families and relatives alike. My son has attended Early Steps Childcare centre for two years, and he has come on so much since starting.

The team in my son’s room are highly efficient, he settled in so quickly and truly enjoys his time there. I would suggest this childcare centre to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and trustworthy place where you sense comfortable. I can see what my son is up to, sleeping times, food eaten, etc., which is a comfort. The childcare centre team are highly welcoming when welcoming you into the building.

The team across the childcare centre are highly welcoming and supportive. We received daily updates and her personal development review is highly detailed. My daughter loves being there and she enjoys being with the team. I would highly suggest it to anyone. Highly spotless and a wide range of things on offer for the kids.
The management is highly supportive and highly welcoming on a daily basis. Outstanding journey since day one.

All the team are so welcoming and my son loves them all. I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough. My son loves Steps Childcare centre.

October 20, 2024 at 5:53 pmThe team at Early STEPS have taken care of him and helped shape the little cheerful character he is today. The team are highly receptive to questions, concerns and help parents to develop a kid’s skill set.
The childcare centre is highly spotless, well maintained and organised every morning. The meals provided are fresh and delicious.
A excellent addition this year is the App which has helped us stay connected a lot more easily to our son’s development. We have been sending our son to Early STEPS since he was 10 months old.

I would highly suggest STEPS Childcare centre as the team are excellent with the kids and the childcare centre is a bright welcoming place for kids to be. My daughter has been coming to STEPS Childcare centre since she was 6 months old and is now 2 years old, she settled in straight away and bonded with all the team who looked after her.

December 2, 2024 at 6:36 amAs a childcare centre worker myself, I knew exactly what I was looking for in a setting and Early STEPS deliver. The team are outstanding, they take a highly personal approach to teaching and the setting feels like a home from home. The team are keen to assistance my daughter with discovering about her culture and celebrate a range of festivals from around the world. Updates is highly great and the app which they use is fab, and truly allows me to see what level my daughter is at and what she gets up to in childcare centre. The management are also highly supportive, especially when it comes to forms or applying for funding etc, they are consistently cheerful to help and will go that extra mile. Displays around the setting are consistently up to date and relevant to each class which is lovely. The outdoor area is spacious and has lots of equipment for little ones to use their energy. They also have a pet guinea pig which my daughter loves! Highly suggest! My little girl loves it here and so do I!

December 3, 2024 at 2:48 amThe team invest so much time in the kids and their development. The facilities are excellent and they have lots of outdoor time which is truly important for us. Our little girl is consistently full of smiles when we collect her and consistently talks fondly about the team. They are truly approachable and consistently cheerful to help with any emerging issues. Our daughter has been going to this childcare centre for the last year and we would definitely suggest them.

March 5, 2025 at 11:24 amThey are consistently doing great activities with him and teaching him things as he plays. His behaviour has improved a lot and he has become a lot more independent since he started, just over a year ago. After his sister was born his behaviour slipped, but everyone was highly understanding. His key worker also gave us an action plan to use at childcare centre and home and his behaviour improved in the end.
I couldn’t be happier with the level of care and attention they give my son. My son loves this childcare centre and the team are lovely to him and seem to truly like the kids in general.

Meals are excellent and the team has been hugely accommodating to meet our complex dietary needs. We’d be cheerful to suggest the childcare centre to anyone. The team are welcoming and supportive of all kids and parents and our son is consistently delighted to see them.

April 19, 2025 at 8:42 pmWe are highly cheerful with the care that is provided at Early STEPS, all the team are exceptionally welcoming and highly approachable and accommodating!
The activities provided are enjoyable and educational and my daughter loves being here on the two full days a week she attends and often does not want to come home at pick up!
I think that tells you just how cheerful she is here.
There is a nice outdoor playtime area and a childcare centre pet guinea pig which my daughter chats about.
The team are highly informative at handover and there is also the app which is outstanding as I can see what she has been up to during the day.
We can highly suggest Early STEPS as a remarkable childcare provider! My daughter has been coming here since she was around 20 months old and she’s now in the pre-school room.

April 21, 2025 at 1:53 pmThe team are lovely and it’s a excellent local childcare centre. Our son has been there for the past 3 years and it’s exceeded our expectations.
The lunches are fab our toddler consistently finishes and often requests seconds.
Truly like the new digital system for keeping track of what time the baby naps/when the kids eat dinner/photographs of activities they’ve done.
Can’t suggest it highly enough. We adore Early STEPS Childcare centre, the kids consistently come home saying they’ve had the best day.

April 27, 2025 at 1:01 amI have never felt the need to call and check on my little one as I am absolutely confident that she is in great hands and they will consistently call me if they want to check anything or if the little one is not well without hesitation. It is a lovely homely setting, little one especially loves cuddles with the team and enjoys the hot meals. I could not suggest highly enough. The team are welcoming and empathetic to parents and kids alike.

The management are incredible and go above and beyond to cater to any needs for me or the kids. My oldest is in pre-school and has learnt so much and come on amazingly since moving into this room. I’d suggest this childcare centre to others and I have. Excellent setting and excellent price. Both of my kids truly delight in to STEPS childcare centre.

Both kids delight in reading, being creative and discovering through playtime.
They playtime indoors and outdoors in all weathers, having exercise, social interaction and enjoyable on a regular basis.
My son has medical needs which have an action plan in place and I sense confident that he is well looked after in this respect.
They have both been excellently supported through potty training, creating secure friendships with other kids and supported to reach development milestones.
I’m highly cheerful I chose Early STEPS to give my kids the best start in life! I have watched both my kids grow into confident, talkative and determined little kids with the compassionate and attentive, nurturing of all the team at Early STEPS Childcare centre.

Management have also been exceptionally accommodating during the time we’ve needed it and team are just consistently welcoming. My daughter has been highly cheerful to come to childcare centre from day one.

The team are highly welcoming, attentive and highly approachable. My son has been attending the childcare centre for just under 2 years now!
