October 13, 2024 at 12:16 amEach one has been cared for wonderfully well with a full appreciation of who they are and what works for them. Team are remarkable, cheerful, attentive and willing to go the extra mile. A lot of them have been there for at least 5 years, which says highly great things about them. Value for money is great, especially the sibling/full time discount! I would suggest the childcare centre without hesitation. My 3 kids have different personalities.

October 17, 2024 at 7:35 amHe feels secure, cared for and has excellent enjoyable. The team are welcoming and come up with engaging and stimulating activities for the kids. The inside hall space offers remarkable playtime opportunities when the weather is bad but generally the kids spend a lot of time playing outside. The team share kid’s activities and development on the app daily and give handovers daily, on their day. A strong emphasis is out on developing independence skills and on being a compassionate friend. We are highly cheerful with Bole Hill Childcare centre and highly suggest to others. Our son thoroughly enjoys the childcare centre and has excellent relationships with his peers and the team.

November 3, 2024 at 8:14 amWe’ve been truly pleased with the care received from the start and every member of team we’ve come across has been welcoming and welcoming. The childcare centre has a family sense, despite being a large setting. Our kid has got to know everyone and has excellent, secure relationships with team. It feels as though team truly do care about the kids as individuals. There are lots of different activities for the kids to get involved with and my kid has flourished here. She will be well prepared and ready to start school when the time comes. There has been a lot of investment in the setting and resources over the last few years and there are some excellent facilities, indoors and outdoors. Being in an old school building means there is lots of space and it is well used. A excellent, varied menu which is made on site, a real bonus! Competitively priced session costs. Highly suggest. My kid has been at Bole Hill Childcare centre since March 2018 and will shortly be joined by a sibling also attending.

January 6, 2025 at 10:08 pmHe is relaxed there which puts you at ease. They are highly flexible with changing days and the price is highly competitive. I find the team remarkable, highly attentive and they all seem to know my son by name and he knows theirs.

February 2, 2025 at 1:45 pmFirstly for my daughter who attended each room from baby room through to the preschool and now for my son who is almost two. Both kids have had excellent experiences during their time at Bole Hill Childcare centre. The quality of team is outstanding and my kids have created genuine bonds with them and other kids while taking part in a range of creative, physical and educational activities. My daughter joined a local school with a group of close friends she made at Bole Hill Childcare centre and these are lasting friendships that have helped her to settle into reception class. Despite the Covid-19 restrictions Bole Hill Childcare centre have provided a secure and structured setting to give a hint of normality and for that I am hugely grateful. I would absolutely suggest. I’ve been using Bole Hill Childcare centre for childcare since 2016.

Thank you to everyone. During such a difficult period for everyone, the team in the Snowdrops room for preschool kids have worked so hard to provide a secure and enjoyable setting.

April 5, 2025 at 3:30 amIn the last three years we have never had a negative journey with the childcare centre. The team are exceptionally expert and attentive. They take a genuine interest in my daughter’s life and consistently stop to say hello to me too. Safety wise, they have handled the coronavirus pandemic brilliantly, they have great safety measures in place and there has been minimal impact on my daughter. The updates through the use of a parent app is incredible. It is highly valued by myself as it gives me a window into my daughters day. The regular updates as well as the care diary mean I know exactly how my daughter’s day has been, which I value greatly. Food wise, the childcare centre have a truly varied menu. Everything, as far as I’m aware, is made fresh and my daughter is never hungry! I cannot rate Bole Hill Childcare centre enough, it truly is incredible! My kid attends Bole Hill Childcare centre full time, this is a daunting thought for many parents but from the start Bole Hill Childcare centre were the only childcare centre I felt comfortable to leave my daughter at.

Exceptional team. The menu choice for your kid is great too. Activities are great and the discovering regime. My daughter has come on since she has been attending this childcare centre since 9 months old.

April 25, 2025 at 6:47 amThe team are excellent with them and they come home with things that I haven’t done at home but have given me ideas to do so. My eldest has made some excellent friends and each room has helped him to adapt to the routines and engage in his discovering and playing. I work three days a week so needed somewhere where they will sense secure and want to go each day and this has been achieved. The team listen to the needs of my kids and I am highly pleased with how much my kids adore going into their rooms. I have two kids currently in the childcare centre and both of them truly delight in their time there.

May 20, 2025 at 2:08 amThis was just over a year ago, our son started highly young in the baby group and moved on as he grew. We both work full time and wanted a place where our little one will be highly well looked after. We are exceptionally cheerful and our son is too, he became attached to some of the girls here and he made lots of friends already. It is a big childcare centre and benefits from a lot of team, our son is highly loved here and we started to make friends with other parents and team as well. The people working at the childcare centre are exceptionally dedicated and go the extra mile to make babies cheerful and in many instances I have seen former pupils coming in just to say hello.
Food is prepared here and they follow a balanced diet, which made the weaning process easy as our son started enjoying all different types of food as he tried them on highly early.
The building is full of character as an old Victorian School with plenty of room and a remarkable Tudor Hall which acts as the main playroom where close age group meet and socialise. There is a large outdoor space as well and a back garden where kids playtime in great weather.
We get daily reports and then a larger one in a folder when our son moves age group; it is full of pictures and description of milestones he achieves whilst there , they have lots of activities to stimulate them at all ages. We have been recommended the childcare centre by a friend who had all her three kids here full time.

May 22, 2025 at 6:15 pmThe team are welcoming and supportive and there is plenty to do. I adore the hall space (like a small soft playtime) and the outdoor area is much improved. You can speak to your kid’s key worker daily for updates, and we adore the books you get when your kid moves rooms (full of photos and pictures and info on what they have been upto). Both my kids have attended this childcare centre and enjoyed their time there.

The childcare centre offers a wide range of different activities for the kids. The childcare centre building and wider grounds are exceptional – unlike others we visited. My daughter loves attending Bole Hill Childcare centre.
