September 5, 2024 at 2:31 amThe team were incredible, they were reassuring towards me, highly attentive to her and sent photos and updates through the app throughout the day so I could see she was fine. The updates from the childcare centre to parents is outstanding and we are consistently well informed of changes, upcoming events. Throughout the recent pandemic, the childcare centre has been highly open and honest. They have communicated regularly even when closed and continued to provide suggestions of activities we could do at home that didn’t require any extra money spending. When the childcare centre reopened they managed things brilliantly and even though things were highly different for everyone they managed to make it all calm and relaxed meaning the kids settled back in highly quickly. I suggest this childcare centre to everyone who asks about childcare and cannot fault it. My daughter started at this childcare centre in April 2019 aged only 4.5 months.

September 30, 2024 at 3:08 amIt was a excellent decision and we’ve been highly, highly cheerful here. My daughter sometimes has difficulty settling and I adore the immediate updates on ParentZone (with pictures!) to let me know she’s Ok. It’s secure and secure, the soft playtime and outside spaces are excellent. The food is excellent and amazingly included – I don’t know of another childcare centre that includes nappies/wipes/food/baby milk. We’ll be sending our 6m daughter here later this year too. Well done guys on such a smooth start up. We took a risk when our old childcare centre closed and joined Once Upon a Time before it opened.

I’m truly glad we’ve found somewhere so remarkable that will be such an integral part of her early years. My little girl started as a 9-month-old last summer when Once Upon a Time had just opened.

October 29, 2024 at 4:15 amI adore how the kids have plenty of space to learn and playtime and that they get to playtime outside and in the soft playtime a lot. I would definitely suggest to anyone. My daughter has settled in so well and all the team are lovely and compassionate.

The setting itself is incredible, facilities are second to none and all of the rooms are outstanding in terms of resources and even down to the way they cater to things like naps with the lights.
The app makes such a difference to the journey and we adore getting regular updates about her day!
Can’t suggest it highly enough, will be so sad when it’s time for her to go to school! Moving her was the best decision we ever made. We already knew that the childcare centre team at Once Upon a Time were incredible which is why we moved our daughter to this childcare centre.
We honestly can’t fault this childcare centre, the team are fantastic with the kids, my daughter settled no problem and absolutely loves going.

December 1, 2024 at 8:18 amShe was initially apprehensive about starting a new childcare centre but this soon faded with thanks to the energy and enthusiasm of the fantastic team at Once Upon a Time.
We have been impressed by all aspects of this childcare centre, the team, the facilities and the activities available.
In the short time our daughter has attended we believe the team have truly got a great understanding of her personality and character and have planned some remarkable activities for her – so much so that some days she hasn’t wanted to come home!
We already have our baby signed up to join in a few months.
We cannot suggest this childcare centre enough. It is in a different league to others in the area! Our daughter (2 years old) started at Once Upon a Time 6 weeks ago and had previously attended another childcare centre.

January 26, 2025 at 11:49 pmUpon arrival, the team are consistently welcoming and enthusiastic and take time to check how we all are. The facilities are spotless, accessible and well thought out. Our kid’s initial nervousness at joining a new childcare centre was quickly resolved by her key worker’s persistent kindness. The outdoor area and homemade food are outstanding and our kid is in her element during both activities!
The childcare centre’s decision to use an app to keep parents updated with their kid’s development is convenient and user-welcoming and means you don’t have to ask lots of questions at home time.
Definitely the best childcare centre I’ve used in turbo past two years. The team at Once Upon A Time made our kid’s transition to their childcare centre seamless.

January 30, 2025 at 9:29 amThe childcare centre is fabulous, the team are fantastic and welcoming and I sense confident that my 6 month old is being cared for in a stimulating and what I would consider, a enjoyable and adventurous setting for the little ones.
I adore receiving regular updates of my daughters time at childcare centre and it’s settling to see photo updates of her laughing and playing throughout the day, via the ParentZone app. I couldn’t suggest Once Upon a Time enough.

They are highly attentive and interested in our daughter which makes me sense cheerful about leaving her there. There consistently seems to be lots for her to do and I adore that she gets to go to soft playtime most days for her physical development. Our daughter has developed a lot since starting OUAT and we notice lots of things that we haven’t taught her such as words and childcare centre rhymes. I have recommended this childcare centre to all my friends with babies. My daughter started OUAT (Once Upon A Time) in Feb 2019 and we have had a positive journey from the start.

The food provided is fresh, home cooked and nutritious, for my daughter they provide outstanding care for her dairy free diet. There are great home links with daily updates showing of what kids are doing. The childcare centre team are highly attentive and plan exciting discovering experiences for my 2 year old.

April 1, 2025 at 12:56 amWe chose the childcare centre originally as it is a fairly new, purpose-built facility. The rooms are a lovely size, there are lots of activities and areas for my little one to delight in. There’s ample parking for drop off and pick up.
The added bonus of a soft playtime centre attached, means that my kid gets to explore soft playtime without lots of unfamiliar kids, I believe that this has developed her self‑assurance no end.
The team are consistently welcoming, cheerful to answer questions and ask if we’ve had a nice weekend. We are also informed about how well our kid is developing with reviews, etc.
We adore the stay and playtime events that are offered and all the other extras.
She is developing well with all the opportunities provided.
I sense secure, comfortable and confident leaving my kid here on a daily basis and know that she’s had a great day when she comes home. My kid has been attending this childcare centre for around ten months.

April 9, 2025 at 2:31 pmThe facilities are nothing short of incredible but what truly sets them apart is their culture of nurturing and developing the kids in their care. My daughter loves the childcare centre and the team there and you can’t ask much more than that. A key help is the food being provided, it truly helps us as parents through the week as the on-site chef does a excellent job of providing nutritious meals (it’s 1 less thing you need to worry about!) I would highly suggest speaking to the manager and the team if you are looking for world-class childcare. We have personally recommended the childcare centre to 3 of our friends all of whom now send their little ones to the childcare centre. My daughter joined the baby room in day 1 of the childcare centre opening last year.

Adore the daily updates we receive on an app, which certainly helps in the early days when they are a little unsettled. Our little boy loves childcare centre!

April 18, 2025 at 1:41 amMy daughter loves everything about the place and so do I! She has overcome nappies, fussy eating, sharing and a vast array of discovering and social skills! With every new business, you would expect teething problems but I sent my daughter from day one of them opening and have never experienced any issues! I would say this is clearly because every member of team is every inch expert and they know their stuff! It’s consistently an added bonus having a brand new shiny childcare centre but the constant upkeep and 5star treatment they give every kid individually is excellent teamwork! I wouldn’t know where to begin to Thank all the team at this childcare centre!

April 18, 2025 at 4:33 amThe care is first class and every day is kept enjoyable and interesting with a wide range of activities. The outdoor space is not at all overlooked and is highly secure, whilst offering loads of interactive playtime.
Each day we get updates on what our son has been doing via a mobile app, including photo’s which reinforce how much enjoyable our son is having and how cheerful he is.
The food is also pretty incredible! Loads of wholesome freshly cooked food with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. I often wish I were able to stay for lunch as it smells delicious.
We are so glad we found OUATD and sense highly cheerful that our son is being well looked after whilst we are at work, which is so important when you are leaving your little ones somewhere all day.

May 22, 2025 at 9:39 amThe setting is bright, spotless and varied. There is a big soft playtime and an outside classroom and outside spaces. The toys are new, the team are enthusiastic, genuine and loving. It feels like the managers truly care and truly bring on and inspire their team.
We adore that there is an onsite chef as our wee ‘un has a milk allergy (and because we all adore food!). When we got married the team went out of their way to do wedding stories with our daughter and had her make us a card. I compassionate of wish she could stay there forever and not have to go to school! Our little one calls her carers her big friends and comes home full of happiness and energy. We didn’t send her to childcare centre until she was 20 months. We weren’t sure about putting her in childcare, but she truly does adore it and she’s gained so much self‑assurance. Much recommended and won’t break the bank! Our daughter loves this childcare centre which is super convenient for us to walk to, but also has free and easy parking.

June 4, 2025 at 2:42 amWe knew it would be difficult to settle in but the team were not phased and supported us and our little girl through the process and made sure she was well looked after. They kindly upload reassuring photos via the app daily so that despite leaving her in tears I can see that she is cheerful and playing with other kids during the day. Her keyworker regularly updates us on how her discovering and development have progressed and often I can’t believe how much she has taken in from the incredible stimulating setting they create. We chose the childcare centre itself as it stood out amongst others being purpose-built for a kids’s daycare – it’s spotless, has a excellent chef with a varied meal plan and spacious outdoor areas for all ages – not forgetting the lovely soft playtime which our daughter loves. It’s hard to trust a stranger with the responsibility of looking after your kid, but the team and particularly our daughter’s keyworker at this childcare centre have been remarkable.

When looking for a childcare centre for our little girl Once Upon A Time stood out from all the rest.
