October 6, 2024 at 12:12 pmThe team go above and beyond to help my son and indeed the other kids within the childcare centre. Every kid is awarded on their own merit and every single kid is consistently smiling when we are there. The involvement of team to parents is incredible! I am not there throughout the day but with the information we receive when picking him up I sense as if we have been! We are regularly updated with changes of menu, playtime and activities and are often given pictures to show how well my son is getting on within the class. My wife has used this chain before so when she suggested we use them I had no doubt in my mind that it would be a great idea.

November 17, 2024 at 10:30 pmI have had five kids go through this childcare centre and they have catered for each of their individual needs and the care they have and still provide for my youngest two kids is outstanding.
They trained team to use Makaton sign language when my eldest son was struggling severely with updates verbally and they have done everything they can to help my daughter with her speech. The management and team consistently keep me informed of everything and are consistently available for a chat if needed. The care that all team there provide educationally and personally for the kids is outstanding and I cannot thank them enough for making my kids’s childcare centre years as memorable and cheerful as they have. The Owl and the Pussycat go above and beyond for my kids.

December 1, 2024 at 11:39 amMy grandson has been in the childcare centre since September 2017 and he is just a little treasure. He loves going to the childcare centre and often tells me about the team, his friends, what he has done and food that he eats. He sings songs and does all the actions and confidently counts to 10 – he is 2! The care given to him and the other kids is second to none. We recently had a birthday party for him and you could tell a mile away the difference between the kids and who was in the childcare centre and who wasn’t. All the kids are so confident and independent. Manners ooze out of them. The team all deserve a HUGE pat on the back. The assistance they give my daughter and son in law as well is phenomenal. They are not just parents they are family! My daughter has been using this chain for a number of years and I have to say all two older grandchildren excel in everything they do and I put that down to the help and assistance given by the childcare centre.

May 25, 2025 at 7:18 pmHighly welcoming, team compassionate and considerate. Highly spotless. Kids cheerful, lots of activities. Could do with some more newsletters or a note of what my kid has eaten while there. No complaints at all. Outstanding childcare centre.

Keep up the excellent work Owl and The Pussycat! I think the Owl and The Pussycat is an outstanding childcare centre.
