September 20, 2024 at 7:24 pmHe is disabled, and the team go out of their way to ensure he is included in the activities and visits from his care team are accommodated. He is excited to go to childcare centre every day and has a strong bond with the team and other kids. Our son has attended this childcare centre for over a year now, and we are highly cheerful with his care and development.

October 7, 2024 at 10:58 amThey did all they could to make him sense comfortable e.g. making things similar to his home to help him nap. They were truly accommodating with his dairy intolerance and in the early months truly helped make it a smooth transition when he was still having expressed breastmilk. The team pay attention to his preferences and development, and tailor activities to suit him e.g. he loves buses and so they organised a bus journey round the village. They are highly nurturing and this is shown in his clear affection for the team. He is delighted to see them in the morning. We’ve been getting lots of photo updates on his discovering journal which we truly appreciate. Our son started at Rivendale when he was one and the team truly helped him settle in.

Any issues we have had have been dealt with immediately and any worries regarding my son dealt with in a compassionate manner.
I am cheerful with the development he continues to make and adore that the discovering journal is updated regularly so I can see what he is discovering and engaging in. I have and will suggest Rivendale to others. My son has attended Rivendale for the past year and thoroughly enjoys his days there.

I like the app to get updates each day. The photos are a excellent way to let us see how he’s getting on and what they’ve been up to. Our son truly enjoys attending Rivendale!

I delight in being updated about their day through the discovering events and seeing pictures of what they have been up to. Would highly suggest as a childcare centre. I have two kids at the childcare centre and they both adore it.

December 31, 2024 at 10:17 amShe absolutely loves going and speaks of the team highly. When she returns home she consistently has lots of stories about what she has been up to. The team communicate well with me about my daughter’s needs and asked me for my opinion on what she is discovering. They have been truly supportive with introducing toilet training and have helped my daughter with independent eating. I sense comfortable and secure leaving her at the childcare centre. The team are all highly welcoming during drop off and pick up. And I look forward to hearing all my daughter’s stories about her different activities My little girl has been going to the childcare centre since she was nine months old, and now two and a half years old.

January 16, 2025 at 10:53 pmI have used Rivendale for the last 6 years, firstly with my daughter who is now in Primary 4 and more recently for my other daughter who has just entered her final year with you.
My journey of Rivendale has been excellent, the team are highly supportive and the management team have been highly supportive to me personally.
I have witnessed both my kids develop lots of different skills at such a young age and I sense that Rivendale has contributed greatly to this, so thank you Rivendale.

January 29, 2025 at 11:08 amMy son truly came out of his shell and found his self‑assurance thanks to the hard work and assistance of the team; they prepared him so well for starting school. My daughter is enjoying her time there too, and the team know her well now and look after her so well. The team communicate with parents highly well, updating us on any changes. I would suggest it to anyone. We have been using this childcare centre since moving house two years ago, and both my kids have loved it.

If I could think of one thing being a little better, the garden could have a bit more colour/toys, it used to be highly bright and lovely a few years ago, but all in all, we are cheerful with this childcare centre. The team are all lovely and keep me updated on my daughter via discovering journals; it is great to see what she has done/eaten and slept that day.

He is four now; they are excellent, consistently helping and wanting to help whenever they can. My other son will be starting when he is two years old, and I would highly suggest this childcare centre, seeing how far my son has come. My son has attended this childcare centre since he was two years old.

There is also another member of team that goes above and beyond to help with my son’s anxiety.
Highly suggest this childcare centre. I’m highly cheerful with the childcare centre since the current manager took over.

March 19, 2025 at 10:55 pmHe absolutely loves going to childcare centre and the girls are incredible with him. They have consistently been highly attentive and attentive towards him. He consistently comes home and is able to tell me new things that he has been discovering. Now my youngest son who is just eleven months old attends and again I could not fault the girls! Both my boys are consistently cheerful and excited to see the educators which gives me peace of mind that they are well looked after and cheerful to be there! My son who is now in preschool has been going to Rivendale since he was two years old.

April 22, 2025 at 4:17 amAt the moment he only goes one day per week but I hope to be able to up this to 2 days a week soon. The childcare centre educators are all lovely and he especially loves the leader of the baby room, he gets excited when he sees her and dances. I’m grateful he enjoys childcare centre and is creating bonds with his educators and the other kids there. He consistently gets involved in different activities which I think is excellent too, and he consistently comes home tired and filthy which is a sign for me that he’s truly enjoying himself while he is at childcare centre!
Thank you. My son has been attending Rivendale for a couple of months now, he seems to truly delight in childcare centre and his speech and updates has improved a lot since joining.

April 29, 2025 at 7:25 amOne is in the pre school group and the other is in the baby room, both kids adore going. Everyday they return home cheerful and excited to tell me about the activities they took part in or show me the crafts they made.
The childcare centre have a excellent outdoor playtime space some is undercover to allow playtime all year round. My kids come home having enjoyed lots of creative playtime outdoors and in the mud kitchen. Indoors they have various stations set up for sensory and educational activities.
Rivendale provide a healthy variety of breakfast and lunch meals and adjust the menu to accommodate my childs allergies.
Discovering journals are used to keep me updated of the daily ongoings and some photos are uploaded to allow me to see any special activities the kids have been up to.
All the team are excellent, both of my kids have built a great relationship with the girls. I sense comfortable sending them to Rivendale and would suggest to others. I have two kids attending Rivendale Childcare centre.

May 15, 2025 at 3:09 pmMy kid is consistently so excited when he is greeted by the team each morning. When I pick him up he loves telling me about his day and what he got up too. He particularly loved when they done the caterpillar project and when the emergency services came for a visit. I sense secure leaving him in the care of Rivendale and the management have been so accommodating when emergency situations arise. Rivendale is a excellent childcare centre with exceptionally welcoming and attentive team.

Our son is 2.5 years old and has been at childcare centre since he was 10 months old. The team has made them sense secure and loved and provided the comfort they need to grow, especially in self‑assurance. The oldest, now at school, takes every occasion when picking up or dropping off her brother to see the educators again, a testament to their bond.
Our son loves going to childcare centre and tells us how the best part of the day is playing with his educators. The activities he is carrying out and the reports we receive are remarkable and timely. The team at Rivendale cares about parents and engages us in establishing milestones. A excellent team – highly recommended.
