November 9, 2024 at 11:07 pmIt was highly unhelpful and stressful when trying to explain to medical professionals at appointments how our little boy was at childcare centre.
There was no care in assisting his development or speech! At his new childcare centre, he has come on leaps and bounds in 2 months, he’s much happier, now speaking and starting to catch up on his development.
If you bring this up with management they’re highly rude and dismiss you! They do not care.
Please please avoid! Would suggest people to stay away from this childcare centre, they were unable to handle our son’s basic needs, never mind his preterm or medical needs.
On numerous occasions he came home upset, he would come home with full nappies, and poop dried to his bum.
We were never informed about how his day had been, they have an app that they rarely update and when you ask them they tell you to check the app.

They are consistently eager to come to childcare centre each day the team are consistently so supportive. I’m so cheerful I choose Harcourt Day Childcare centre and wouldn’t want to send them anywhere else! They have worked wonders with my youngest boy’s speech and he has come on loads with help from the team. Thank you for all your hard work! Harcourt Day Childcare centre has looked after my two boys from when they both were six months old and I have only ever received outstanding care from all the team.

December 8, 2024 at 9:42 pmIt was such a welcoming atmosphere the team where well informed and answered all our questions and put us at ease. Since joining my daughter has come on leaps and bounds and loves going to childcare centre, if I have had to talk to the team about any issues nothing is too much trouble and comments are consistently taken on board and dealt with.
I can not suggest the childcare centre highly enough, it’s a remarkable place. My daughter has been going to Harcourt day childcare centre for over a year now, she started at 7 months I have been exceptionally cheerful with the childcare centre from the moment we looked round.

January 1, 2025 at 9:17 pmShe absolutely loves spending time there, from the minute I drop her off to when I collect her she is all smiles. This certainly takes the pressure off me when I’m in work, knowing she’s in great hands. It wasn’t like this is the early days, she was highly tearful being in a new setting but thanks to the fantastic attentive team she was soon settled within only a few visits. I am consistently made to sense highly welcome by the team and it’s lovely to see all the other kids being so well cared for in a highly calm loving setting. That is the one thing that stood out for me on my first visit; what a calm and cheerful place Harcourt is. My daughter has been attending Harcourt Day Childcare centre since January when she turned one.

June 6, 2025 at 2:49 amEnrolled our son with no hesitation to start in November.
The team showed us around every room and the different stages for each kid. We weren’t rushed and spent nearly an hour looking round.
The best thing we thought was how cheerful all the kids were, the bigger ones all chatted to us whilst they were going in for lunch (which smelled excellent) there were loads of things for them to do, particularly impressed with the areas designated to roll playtime and messy playtime!
Kitchen was spotless and the girls in the baby room explained how they would follow any routine we liked even down to what they would use to wipe baby’s bum!
Truly cheerful with our choice and sense completely relieved to have found the place we want to leave our baby!
Also as we were leaving a fire engine pulled up for the kids to explore, exceptional! Went for our show around today and were totally impressed!

Team are exceptionally welcoming and supportive. So many toys for my daughter to playtime with and lots to help her grow and develop. My daughter is consistently highly cheerful at the childcare centre.
