November 30, 2024 at 1:44 amThe team are incredible, they consistently take the time to tell me about his day and have such enthusiasm for what they do. My son never has a problem being dropped off in the mornings, in fact, he doesn’t normally give me a backwards glance as he can’t wait to get in there and have lots of enjoyable! I also adore that they have NurseryCam so I can see what he’s up to and it gives me excellent peace of mind and reassurance. I would highly suggest and encourage all parents to send their kids to Munchkins, it really is the best childcare centre in Exeter! My son started at Munchkins at the age of 6 months, he is now 17 months and has become a very confident and well rounded little boy.

My daughter has food intolorences and Munckins has consistently been very understanding, communicative and supportive. The standard of care is very high, team are cheerful and very attentive to parents when they come to collect their kids, giving them lots of information about their day.

January 20, 2025 at 8:17 pmThe team are, in my opinion, exceptional. Both of our girls have gone here and had outstanding experiences. The team are just so committed, enthusiastic and seem to genuinely adore their jobs.
This has been our journey all the way through from babies to pre-school. My youngest has additional needs and the childcare centre has responded brilliantly to this. They have been completely engaged and have liaised with various professionals to ensure that our daughter has the best possible assistance while in the setting. A exceptional childcare centre.

March 10, 2025 at 4:41 amThe team at Munchkins warmly welcomed all of us and truly cared for us as a family. They encouraged and enabled our daughter to learn, take risks and develop from a rather timid baby into a precocious toddler. The room leader and her colleagues consistently worked with us as a team, providing continuity between home and childcare centre – both spaces were full of adore, kindness, freedom, joy and creativity. We have many fantastic memories of our daughter’s time at Munchkins, captured through artwork, Tapestry posts, and numerous ‘home books’ – but the most convincing and precious evidence is our daughter herself. Munchkins has helped her to become bold and empathetic, curious and attentive, a prolific artist (paint! shaving foam! glitter! markers! chalk!) and still a bookworm, tremendously clever and lovely in every way. This is a truly special team! Our daughter joined Munchkins when we moved to Exeter from London and has blossomed into a curious, clever, compassionate and cheerful little girl.

May 7, 2025 at 11:08 amWe have consistently found the team to be so attentive and the setting they create is relaxed but stimulating and playful. I adore that I get regular Internet updates of development as well as a daily record of her routine. The office team are consistently prompt with responding to any email or phone queries which is so necessary when you are a working parent. My youngest daughter loves Munchkins just as much as her sister (who went for three years) did.
