September 21, 2024 at 2:22 pmI cannot fault how my son is dealt with and he has a excellent connection with the team and his key worker. The team are so welcoming and supportive, they make you sense welcome on a morning and afternoon.
My son has learnt so much and developed in skills and speech.

October 23, 2024 at 9:01 amThe team are all highly cheerful and lovely, and I’ve never had any doubt that my daughter is well looked after and entertained all day. My daughter settled in highly quickly to childcare centre aged 7 months and now aged 15 months she claps when we pull into the car park as she’s so excited to get in there!

October 31, 2024 at 11:57 pmHe started attending just after his first birthday and settled in highly quickly, we believe mainly due to the consistent assistance provided by his key worker. It is clear he has made a solid attachment to this worker and his self‑assurance has grown steadily, allowing easy drop off and collection.
The feedback provided at the end of the day is supportive to allow us to plan meals/bedtime but does not seem to restrict team spending quality time with the kids. It is lovely to see our little boy come home with paint splatters on his trousers and a smile on his face, after a long day of activities we have yet to try at home. We have been highly impressed with the care provided for our son, now aged 18 months.

November 10, 2024 at 8:55 amWe are pleased to see that the standard of care given to him has been of a high level and this service has been maintained throughout his attention. The team are both attentive and understanding which has resulted in him having an enjoyable journey from the outset. The only improvement I can think of would be the car parking as it can get quite congested and the immediate access to the front door where the steps can be a bit of a problem with buggies/pushchairs. My son has been with the childcare centre for over a year now.

November 13, 2024 at 3:07 amMy little boy has been going for a year and a half and is consistently highly cheerful playing with his friends. I am welcome to have a look through his development file whenever I want. His keyworker is remarkable and consistently there to listen to me if I have any concerns about his development. My little boy enjoys childcare centre although he does need a cuddle when I drop him off which is consistently never too much trouble.

The childcare centre team did their absolute best to reassure me and to act accordingly in respect of my daughter’s health care. (undertaking risk assessments etc) I do sense like they go the extra mile to ensure both parent (s) and kid are cheerful. My daughter loves the childcare centre both the team and facilities and has a excellent time. I came to this childcare centre after a personal recommendation and I am not disappointed. I have been most impressed with the care provided by the childcare centre since my daughter started in June 2016.

She loves attending and we have no worries whilst she is there as I know she is secure and enjoying herself.
Her key worker has built a excellent expert relationship with us all;, and my daughter is consistently cheerful to see her.

December 22, 2024 at 10:04 amHis key worker plans daily activities for him following his interests and developmental needs. Parents evenings are truly supportive as we discuss next steps and what I can do at home to help him develop further. All team are highly supportive when dropping off and picking up discussing how he has been throughout the day. My son has settled in nicely at Kindercare – Heworth Green, part of Busy Bees, all the team all highly welcoming and welcoming.

We appreciate all the effort put in by the site in the development of my son, it’s absolutely excellent. The girls helped us a lot and have made my son what he is today. We are grateful to them. Thank you. I had a excellent journey with this childcare centre.

Since attending this childcare centre, my son has come home full of the new things he is discovering and full of self‑assurance. All the employees are welcoming and never too busy to chat with a parent. Fantastic childcare centre.

My little boy was highly reluctant to go to childcare centre but the team were so compassionate and supportive, after a week of him attending Kindercare he is now excited by every mention of the childcare centre.

Team are consistently welcoming and cheerful to help and I know my daughter is discovering and having enjoyable in a secure and attentive setting. My daughter loves this childcare centre and the carers.

The childcare centre are just exceptional with the range of activities they do with the kids and my son is developing at a excellent pace, thanks to their care.
