He has loved attending ever since the first day, and I believe it’s down to the lovely team and cheerful setting they create there. I particularly adore how much enjoyable the childcare centre team seem to have with the kids in the baby’s room; they genuinely care about the kids and delight in being there with them. I adore being able to track his development throughout the day, which was particularly useful for the first month whilst I got used to him being there. I look forward to my son growing up at Sunbeams and benefiting from the enjoyable and loving setting that it is. We couldn’t be happier with it! My son has been going to Sunbeams since August 2021, and our journey to date has been fantastic.

I honestly thought she might not settle anywhere, but she has completely flourished since starting at Sunbeams. The team are so lovely, inviting and attentive, and the setting is calm and relaxed but has lots to do. She is so excited to go to childcare centre now, something I could never have imagined before. I can’t rate them highly enough. It’s is such a welcoming setting, and they seem to highly genuinely care about each individual kid. I have friends with kids at the same setting and all positive reports. A gem of a childcare centre. Thank you to all! I moved my daughter here from another childcare centre setting, as she was not settling there.

I didn’t know what to expect as it is my first kid, but from the first day, I have felt so confident leaving him in their care as the team are so attentive, welcoming and truly keep you informed of how my son is doing. The app is excellent. They entertain him so well, he’s learnt a lot and made friends. The team are so compassionate and supportive. The chef does excellent food, and the reception team are exceptional. Would suggest them to everyone! I have been truly impressed with everything at Sunbeams Childcare centre in Harrogate.

He goes one day a week and he missed one due to sickness. At first, I worried he wouldn’t settle but in that short time of twelve days he has settled so well and actually, last week when I walked in to collect him he just smiled at me and then ran away to continue playing which to me is a perfect sign he is cheerful. All the team there are incredible and the rooms are so big and spacious with outdoor space for all. The girls in the baby room are the only ones I’ve properly met of course and they couldn’t be nicer people that my son has clearly taken to well. I’m so glad we choose this childcare centre as I don’t worry at all when sending him as they are great at messaging, calling if needed and my son’s updates since starting seems to be getting better. My son has been here for I think thirteen weeks now.

My little one has gone there from being 8-months-old. He leaves this year to go to school, and I will be so sad not to be going there everyday. The team are incredible, the facilities are incredible, and my son raves about the food everyday.
Well done to every team member for making Sunbeams an extra special place for kids to learn and grow. I cannot rate Sunbeams enough.

The educators are lovely. The food is lovely. Parents can see the day-to-day activities through the app.

The manager goes above and beyond to try to help the best she can to accommodate the kids. Another lady is incredible with the kids also, so inviting and welcoming, and also takes the time to understand each kid’s needs. I would highly suggest Sunbeams to anybody who is looking for a childcare centre for little ones. Incredible childcare centre with incredible team, can’t fault Sunbeams, sent both of my boys here.

Our eldest showed his dislike of all the moving around with bad behaviour. The team couldn’t have been more understanding of this and his emotional needs in dealing with so much change. They gave him lots of one on one time and worked with us to best turn the behaviour around. All their suggestions worked; they knew exactly what to do. Both dad and I are highly grateful for the time and attention are given to both kids. Our youngest was a Covid baby and not excellent with strangers, and the moving around didn’t help. He has since become a highly confident and cheerful little man, and so much of that is down to the adore and care he receives from all the girls. The two of them are excited to go in the morning and full of energy, keen to tell us what they’ve been up to when we pick them up. Our two started at Sunbeams a year ago after quite a bit of upheaval for them moving house and nurseries, being with a poor childcare centre previously that we had to move them out of.

Since my daughter first started, we have felt welcomed into such a positive and inviting setting. The team have taken the time to help her overcome sensory concerns with playtime and journey, which has truly helped her gain self‑assurance. There are lots of open-ended playtime opportunities, and the equipment is remarkable. She is consistently highly well fed, and I think having home-cooked meals on site is exceptional. The menu is varied and highly well considered.
I would suggest Sunbeams to anyone with pre-school-aged kids. They are remarkable. Thank you! I couldn’t be happier with Sunbeams.
