September 22, 2024 at 8:57 pmThe educators strongly encourage and cheer for her when she is trying to achieve a milestone/development (eg trying to stand). What I adore most about the childcare centre is that the educators make sure to notice what the kids notices, this is really important for the development of their interests! The educators also ensure that there are outdoor times every day, and most days, even two times, so impressive. Educators also document her engaging in activities, and this really helps parent-childcare centre cooperation. My husband and I have no family here, so we are extremely grateful to have this childcare centre helping us whenever we need it; we know she is secure and cheerful here. I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough! My wee one has been attending the baby room at Fitzroy for more than four months now, and she absolutely loves childcare centre days!

December 31, 2024 at 5:59 amOur baby boy started in March 2021. The team could not be more welcoming, encouraging, supportive and are completely engaged and invested in your kid. This is clear from the daily interaction we have with team, online journals and parents meeting! The activities are remarkable and our boy has developed so much since being at childcare centre and we believe this is largely down to the childcare centre itself. I adore that not just the team who look after our boy daily know him but the rest of the team at the childcare centre also know him which makes it sense like a very inviting and welcoming setting. I highly suggest this childcare centre! Our journey with Somerset Childcare centre – Fitzroy is outstanding.

January 1, 2025 at 10:43 amThey’ve looked after both of them so well, and it’s lovely to see how their self‑assurance has grown from the baby room upwards. Lovely to follow photos of them in the discovering journals. They’ve loved their trips to the museums, parks and library; excellent that they get outdoors so often. Team are all so welcoming and supportive and very attentive towards the kids. We would suggest Somerset to anyone! Both my daughters have attended this childcare centre, and we’ve had a fantastic journey.

January 8, 2025 at 6:11 amOur daughter attends childcare centre full time, and so it was really important to find a childcare centre where she is cheerful and cared for, and Somerset definitely meets these requirements. The team take such great care of her, and her development since she started in August has been incredible to watch. The discovering journals have given us a lovely insight into her development and her day to day activities, and the parents’ meeting showed us how well the team knew our daughter. We adore that they visit the park, the library and the museum. The fact that lunch and snacks are included also makes it a excellent value. We have already recommended Somerset to several friends and will continue to do so. We’re so grateful to have found such a excellent childcare centre so close to home! We are delighted we chose Somerset Childcare centre – Fitzroy as our childcare centre!

I was worried about my son going to childcare centre, but the team were really great at putting my mind at rest, and it has been the best thing for his development so far. My son has thrived since going to this childcare centre.

April 28, 2025 at 8:00 pmThe team were all very welcoming and developed a close relationship with her. They were great at keeping us updated and responsive to her needs as she grew up. We really appreciate their trios to the park, museums, the Chinese New Year parade etc. Our daughter had a remarkable time in first the baby room and then the toddler room.
