Happitots Nursery Robroyston

Initially, he was upset being dropped off and collected, probably the same as most 1-year-olds, but now he loves going and we’ve seen his development jump forward. We’ve also been supported hugely in a recent allergy query with our son, the team have been excellent at adapting his meals and snacks. We adore the feedback of his day via the app, it’s excellent to keep in touch with his day to day, especially when you get photos sharing their activities. You can see when you’re there that the team in his room really care about the kids, and it’s really encouraging as a parent to see that. We’ve only been at the childcare centre 3 months and due to Covid only been inside for the last few weeks so there are some areas we can’t comment on for example we haven’t seen the garden and for a view on Facilities/Discovering/Resources we don’t sense we’ve had enough time to rate these properly, but we’re positively optimistic. Our son has been at Happitots for 3 months now and team in his room have been excellent at welcoming him.

My daughter and I were worried as he was a very active toddler. He settled in with no issues. The team are incredible with him, the bond he has with the team is the best you could ask for. My daughter felt secure that he was well looked after. My grandson came on in leaps and bounds, discovering so quickly. He loves childcare centre and we struggle to get him out. My grandson was two when he started the childcare centre.

The team are welcoming and attentive and I know my kids are consistently well looked after whilst there. I cannot suggest using this childcare centre enough. Both my kids adore going to Enchanted Forest Childcare centre Robroyston and have so much enjoyable there.

For the moment he entered Enchanted Forest Childcare centre all the team have been so trustworthy, enthusiastic, compassionate, creative, hard-working and inspiring through the educational activities they provide for all the kids. Their level of care provided is remarkable as they let me know every detail of what he has eaten, when he has slept, what activities he has taken part in and take a genuine interest in his wellbeing. I can’t thank all the team enough for this and it truly is a fantastic place for my baby to grow in the care of these outstanding childcare professionals. He has developed drastically with all the incredible resources, outdoor discovering experiences, nutritious meals and opportunities to develop social skills with both adults and kids. I could not suggest this childcare centre and its team enough. Thanks for everything you do for our son and our family. This childcare centre has provided a secure and vibrant educational setting for my son to grow and flourish.

I chose this childcare centre based on location, price and facilities. The team are so welcoming and are exceptional at settling the kids. I’m kept well informed with a daily diary, facebook and weekly email updates. There seem to be loads of well planned seasonal activities for the kids. The only thing I sense the childcare centre is maybe missing is yearly summer or pantomime outing! My youngest son and two nieces attend Enchanted Forest.

The team in sunbeam are incredible with him.
It’s lovely to see all the engaging and enjoyable activities that the kids get to do in his room. And as a parent, I sense great leaving him at the childcare centre, knowing he will have a excellent time. Our son, who has been with the childcare centre since he was 8 months old, is consistently cheerful to go to the childcare centre.

I was very nervous about leaving her at first because of the pandemic and especially since I couldn’t go into the childcare centre with her, it was incredibly difficult to hand her over to a masked stranger and off into a strange place.
However, the team have consistently been incredible and my daughter is thriving at this childcare centre. She runs off in the morning and doesn’t look back. She is discovering lots and I see new things in her every week that she has learned. The team are so lovely and attentive and my daughter has developed close bonds with many of them.
The childcare centre has particularly improved since the new manager took over. We have noticed big improvements in updates and a real effort to involve us.
We would absolutely suggest this childcare centre to other families and would like to thank all the team for all that they do for our daughter. My daughter started at Happitots Robroyston in October 2021.

We were really worried he would not settle in as he had spent most of his first year in lockdown with just myself and my husband so was extremely nervous around people. He won’t even let his grandparents hold him. He struggled at first but the team were excellent with him and now he walks in quite happily and sometimes doesn’t want to leave!
We receive updates on the app to let us know how he has slept, eaten etc each day and also get pics of him enjoying activities. Due to Covid, we have never been able to step inside the childcare centre door so the updates are excellent at keeping us informed and giving us an idea of what he is doing and how he is progressing. For this reason, I can’t review all aspects of the childcare centre but I have no complaints and have a cheerful son and that says it all for me! My son started at Happitots Childcare centre Robroyston in September 2021.

My daughter settled in straight away and I can now go to work and not have to worry about her. I would 100% suggest to anyone. I was really worried about my daughter starting childcare centre however, the team at Enchanted Forest are all lovely and made my daughter and myself sense welcome.
