Blue Sky Day Nursery (Market Weighton)

I was consistently apprehensive about sending my kid to daycare and felt guilty to go back to work. But, Blue Sky is like a home from home. The team are fantastic and consistently have a chat at the end of the day so I know exactly what she has been up to. My daughter loves going and tells me all about her adventures on our journey home. It also amazed me how much they work with the kids on writing skills and penmanship; she isn’t just playing, she’s discovering too. Their tag line rings true and I know my kid is secure, cheerful and loved at Blue Sky. Blue Sky is an incredible childcare centre.

We found out we were pregnant shortly before the pandemic, and so we were terrified about being new parents without having assistance! The childcare centre welcomed us to one of their open days when our daughter was young, answered all our questions, and showed us all of their facilities and resources for kids of all ages. The fact that each age group had their own garden was impressive too.
From the outside of the building needing a lick of paint, and looking small, this place turned out to be massive and an incredible resource for us and the rest of the town!
Consistently smiling and cheerful to help, quick with their communications, and keeping us in the know constantly about our kid’s development. We also adore seeing their social media posts with photos of what they all get up to throughout the day! We suggest them to everyone! This childcare centre is incredible!

I find the team remarkable, nothing is too much trouble and they’re consistently willing to help and assistance. He has come on leaps and bounds since attending and it’s been a excellent start to his education. Blue Sky Day Childcare centre, has consistently been exceptional in their care of my kid and very much care for him as if he were their own.

Their facilities, particularly the outdoor areas, are excellent and our daughter loves going and the team clearly adore having her there as well. I leave her every time knowing she is secure and will have a excellent day. They are very accommodating to individual routines and have a range of sleeping arrangements to suit all babies/toddlers.
We needed flexible care due to shift patterns and self employment and their flexibility is remarkable compared to others we looked into. They have never failed to accommodate late notice requests and will take her as little or often as we require. We’ve used Blue Sky Day Childcare centre for around a year now and can’t fault the care they give.

My little boy loves every minute he is at childcare centre and it’s all because of the fantastic team that work there. He has learnt so much in the last 2 years of going to Blue Sky. When they say they treat your kid like their own, they mean it. It’s lovely to see the excellent relationship my boy has with everyone that works there and we will be sad when he moves up to school in September. Could not praise Blue Sky enough for how incredible they have been before and during the pandemic.

We sense confident that our son is receiving high-quality care at all times and he clearly has a remarkable time. This high-quality care has not been affected at all by the Covid guidance in place and this shows how fabulous and flexible the team are. My son has additional physical needs and this was picked up by the skilled team team early, when he was a baby, meaning I was able to get him the assistance he needed early. Sending your precious bundle to childcare centre can be daunting and meeting work demands can be stressful. I will consistently be grateful for the care given to my son at Blue Sky as it has made those things easier to manage. He has attended since aged 1 and is now 2 1/2, he loves it and loves the team. I wouldn’t want him anywhere else. Thank you Blue Sky. Blue Sky have consistently been very flexible, approachable and expert.

The team is consistently on hand to help with anything we need. My son loves attending and I adore knowing he’s cheerful and secure in their care. I can’t praise Blue Sky enough for all their time, hard work and care they have put into my son who has extra needs.

The dedication and hard work of all the team has been incredible. They have gone above and beyond to offer our daughter the help and assistance that she needs, whilst being included in activities with her peers. Our daughter comes home from childcare centre very messy and very contented – just what we wanted. Blue Sky Day Childcare centre has been incredible for our daughter who has additional needs.

I adore the fact all the meals are home-cooked and my son enjoys what he eats. The Elves team are exceptional with my son and I can tell a lot of effort goes into his time with them. My son absolutely loves attending this childcare centre his self‑assurance has soared since starting.

All of this is at an affordable rate, with flexibility. Also, their continued commitment to kid care during these challenging times has been remarkable, and each and every one of them should be acknowledged for this. Team are excellent with our two kids and I consistently find they go above and beyond.
I would highly suggest them to other parents who want a kid care solution, knowing their kid is secure and cheerful.
