September 15, 2024 at 1:15 pmThe team are excellent, food is great, excellent garden for outside playtime and lots of walks in the community. My kid loves it. Discovering journey is outstanding, the childcare centre did a exceptional job with Chinese new year Fantastic childcare centre.

September 27, 2024 at 12:46 pmTeam in the Sunflower room go out of their way to make the kids have the best day. Especially with the better weather now – some much to do! Our little boy learns so much and loves every minute. Their outdoor space is incredible and walks around town are often talked about on the way home. Thanks guys!
Food choices have been a bit strange of late though – meat-free chicken and mushroom pie? My kids eat pretty much everything so I know it’s dubious when he doesn’t eat his meal. The team are outstanding with the kids.

This is the first time we have ever used a private childcare centre and our daughter is so young that I had some reservations but the childcare centre team have been exceptional and the facilities are excellent! Our daughter has just started at the Church Street Childcare centre and I can honestly say they have made her sense so welcome and settled.

September 29, 2024 at 8:30 pmAt first it was difficult for him to be away from us during the day, but he got used to it just within a few weeks. Now he loves going and he consistently smiles when we arrive to childcare centre, he is cheerful to go in. The team are very nice and attentive and I can see that our boy has built a connection with them. They consistently update us about his day, what he has learnt and if there are any issues. We’ve had a very positive journey with this childcare centre and I would suggest it to anyone. Our son started childcare centre at the beginning of January this year.

Will try and send any future siblings there. Excellent childcare centre with very attentive childcare centre team.

December 11, 2024 at 5:24 amHe has a excellent relationship with the team and loves telling us about his day. The messy playtime, crafts, baking and discovering experiences are exceptional. Our son loves being outside so the garden and walks out into the community are excellent. A team member takes the time to update us on the running of the childcare centre and two others take time to update us on our son’s day and development including photos. Incredible childcare centre, my son thrives in the setting.

December 27, 2024 at 2:44 amIt makes me so cheerful to see how much she enjoys her time there as well as how much she looks up to the remarkable team keeping everything running smoothly.
She learns so much and gets all the assistance she could need. The team are consistently welcoming, welcoming, supportive and informative and are exceptional at uploading updates/pictures as to what she has been up to with her time there.
I cannot fault the care they give to her and am positive that my youngest will have just as much enjoyable when she joins later this year. My daughter is consistently delighted to attend Pear Tree Childcare centre Church Street.

January 13, 2025 at 5:20 pmConsistently incredibly supportive with any queries or concerns. My son is consistently excited to go and consistently comes home in a great mood. There are plenty of different food choices so my son consistently seems to try something new or discover a liking to a food he didn’t previously have. Theres plenty of activities throughout the day to keep the little ones cheerful, as well as taking them on walks. The team consistently have a smile on their face and there’s a welcoming atmosphere. My son has definitely come on leaps and bounds since starting childcare centre here. Remarkable, welcoming team.

February 4, 2025 at 5:24 pmHe’s consistently asking to see the team and go there on his days off and he’s consistently beyond excited when we are on our way there. I sense like his specific needs are met whilst he’s at childcare centre and he has formed close bonds with the team. I consistently sense informed at pick up about how his day has been and any questions I have are consistently answered. Also having the app to follow during the day to see what he has been up to is very supportive. The Church Street branch of Pear Tree Childcare centre has been a fantastic place for my son to be.

We had issues with going to the toilet but they have not pressurised her and she now goes on her own. She loves going to childcare centre every day and tells me what they’ve done during the day. Updates and photos we are provided helps us to keep doing things at home also. Best childcare centre. My daughter moved to Church Street in November 2022 into the Sunflower room.

My favourite thing is the updates you get on the kids especially what they eat, I adore that.

The team do a excellent job of keeping all the kids cheerful and busy with enjoyable activities. Very cheerful with everything at Pear Tree – Church Street childcare centre.

The childcare centre has been through a lot of change over the last few months however they have ensured this has not affected the little ones. The immediate management (the ones we see) are doing a super job.
Activities could be a little more tailored towards the early years curriculum as they can be quite repetitive however our little one comes bounding out daily full of beans, often not wanting to leave!
Thanks for everything you do for our kids. Since our daughter joined Pear Tree Childcare centre Church Street last year we have been so delighted with the care she has received.

May 9, 2025 at 2:40 amWe asked the childcare centre to reassure us, however unfortunately this hasn’t happened. The team at the childcare centre are very nice and our kid does seem to delight in going to the childcare centre and the app is nice to have when seeking updates. However, this is probably as far as our positive feedback goes. Recently the childcare centre group decided to replace the daily freshly cooked food with mass-produced, frozen ready meals from a catering company which was a real disappointment. We raised our concerns which haven’t had any impact on the childcare centre continuing with them. The Inspectorate reports received within the childcare centre group last year did cause concern and to date, we haven’t been given the chance to discuss our concerns directly. Instead, we have been asked to leave feedback on this website rather than speaking to us about the reports. Lack of updates, on key issues, is our biggest concern with the childcare centre. Our kid joined not long after some serious incidents which did cause us real concern.

He gets to do lots of different activities both inside and out. Our little boy started at Pear Tree Childcare centre Church Street at 9 months old.

I sense the childcare centre is somewhere where a kid can sense secure and also delight in spending time with kids of a similar age.

Consistently plenty of activities to keep kids entertained.
Healthy meals with great variety of different dishes for kids to try and consistently a backup option if needed. Brillant childcare centre, team are incredible and consistently engaging with the kids and parents.
