I would like more pictures of my daughter thanks. My daughter attends Bright Horizons Childcare centre and goes there 3 times a week and she totally loves it and all the team are lovely, they make sure that all the kids are a priority.

September 17, 2024 at 6:25 pmMy daughter is discovering new things on a regular basis. Nothing is a problem when asking something from team. There have been a lot of positive changes to the childcare centre, team are excellent and very patient with the kids.

November 22, 2024 at 12:19 pmOver this time we have seen many challenges with a high turnover of team including management. I can, hand on heart, say that the team who have worked with my kids are incredible. My priority for my kids is that they are cheerful and the team go above and beyond to ensure this. I know that my kids’s best interests are the focus of the team and my kids just adore them. Granted, there are frustrations when childcare plans have to be rearranged due to illness and building issues but I appreciate the work the team do to nurture the wellbeing and discovering of my kids. I have used this childcare centre over many years for both of my kids.

I adore the discovering wall that is in place as I can see what he has done everyday and discuss this with him. The team provide outstanding activities for the kids to take part in.

Our eldest is now in the preschool room and is brimming with self‑assurance and enthusiasm, ready to start school in August. Both my daughters have attended the childcare centre from the babies room and have had an outstanding journey from the start.

January 5, 2025 at 9:03 pmThe team are incredible as are all the activities for the kids. He also loves the meals provided and all the outdoor space. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre to others. My son has been attending the childcare centre for almost a year and loves it.

January 13, 2025 at 6:50 pmOur daughter talks about the team and looks forward to seeing them. The outside playtime area is very run down considering the space available and the monthly money paid. The activities are great but can be repetitive. More variety would be great. Helpfulness from the office/management could be improved. Childcare centre care/room team is outstanding.

It’s been excellent seeing her try new things and following her development on the online journals.
My only reservations have been being unable to get my daughter in an early or late session on the odd occasion I needed to and the cost of care.
We’ll be sad to move our daughter on in January but thank you for everything. I’ve been really cheerful with the care my daughter has received from the team.

February 5, 2025 at 3:16 pmThey are consistently so supportive and cheery, my wee girl just loves when it’s childcare centre day. We also adore it as the childcare centre provides snacks, lunch and dinner so it makes it so simple. The meals they provide are so great as well, they probably eat better than me. They also use the app to keep you up to date with everything that’s going on that day and you often get photos of your wee one enjoying their day. I would give Bright Horizons in Bishopbriggs 10/10. My kid is in the baby room and the team in there are the best, Especially one member of team in particular!

February 16, 2025 at 1:26 pmWe found the settling in process to be beneficial in getting to know team and the childcare centre routine. Our son has already formed a strong bond with his key worker and other members of team within the room.
The rooms are light and spacious and filled with many engaging toys of great quality and they all look well maintained.
We definitely sense engaged and involved as parents even by the manager who showed us around the childcare centre and by the office team who greet myself and my son every morning. My 14-month-old son has just recently started attending Bright Horizons 3 days per week.

My kid loves going to childcare centre to playtime and learn with her friends and looks forward to seeing the educators. I would suggest this childcare centre to everyone. Our kid has been in from 2 years old to pre school age and we have had a very positive journey.

They have a remarkable first-aid training programme. The onsite chef is exceptional and the meals are varied. The team are absolutely remarkable!

May 12, 2025 at 12:09 amThe team are so loving, attentive and cheerful all the time. It initially took two weeks for her to settle in and now she is really enjoying the childcare centre and is consistently smiling when I drop her off and collect her. She has been eating all her meals and plays with all her peers. As she is an only kid, I consistently felt she might not interact well with other kids; however, she has been doing so well. Every time I make the team aware of any concerns I have with her such as constipation, tiredness or when she isn’t well, they consistently take that into account and go above and beyond to help her. The app is exceptional and the team consistently update it with meals the kids have, any nappy changes and sleep times. The meals are consistently different, great and healthy, prepared by the chef. My key worker is excellent too and consistently updates the app with my daughter’s development. The childcare centre is fab. My daughter has recently started this childcare centre and I sense all team, including management, have been incredible with her.

July 3, 2025 at 10:27 amThe teamwork in the Twos room is outstanding and the creativity and energy of the team in 3-5s is second to none. I sense that my kids are known well and not lost among the other kids. Well done! The enthusiasm of the team is the biggest asset of this childcare centre.
