The team put our minds at ease, they were flexible, accommodating and above all else cared for our son excellently. As a parent, I was able to go back to work after maternity leave feeling free from anxiety and felt secure in the care our son was receiving. The team are consistently welcoming, well‑informed and understanding. I am impressed with the facilities and the range of food that the kids get each week. We found the transition journey remarkable.

Each morning she goes in smiling and excited for her day. The team have been exceptional. When introducing her to solids, she used to choke easily and the team were really supportive and attentive to her needs and eventually got her eating properly. She has many experiences painting and going out for walks and every Friday she goes to the music class within the childcare centre which is excellent and anytime she hears music now she starts dancing. My daughter is beginning to walk and is consistently climbing which the team know so provide opportunities for her to do so. My daughter has been attending the childcare centre since August 2017 and she loves it.

The fact my kids run in the childcare centre door every morning and refuse the leave at 5 pm is the best endorsement of the childcare centre. The team are acutely aware of each kid’s needs and go above and beyond to assistance them. The past 3 years has been an extremely positive journey for the whole family. Couldn’t be happier with Morton Mains.

Both kids (4-year-old and 2-year-old) are cheerful going into childcare centre and cheerful coming out and sharing stories of activities and time with friends. Activities are varied and the outdoor space is remarkable for enjoyable and development. The educators are so compassionate and my kids delight in spending time with them knowing they are cared for and supported. I’m delighted to leave them at childcare centre. The team are so receptive to hearing things going well or where additional assistance is required.

Great updates between parents and the childcare centre. Amazing assistance during covid 19 times. The childcare centre has been very supportive during covid 19 times. The fact that they have remained open through the pandemic is a star performance. Dedicated team.

She has settled very well since Aug 2017. I like that she gets to playtime outside and sleep outside. I can phone the childcare centre to check on her, however, I no longer sense I need to as I know she is cheerful and the team are excellent at taking care of her.
The team provide feedback about her day and give me regular updates of her discovering. Very cheerful with this childcare centre. My little girl started childcare centre when she was 10 months old and the team were very supportive and reassuring during her visits.

Our youngest has just started and the team in the baby room have been remarkable, especially considering our little one is not used to other adults (due to lockdown). They have been patient and attentive – thank you.
Our other kid is in the older room and has been at childcare centre for 4 years and he loves it. The team upstairs are so enjoyable and compassionate. Another massive bonus is the food is prepared onsite and sounds yummy – I think they eat better at childcare centre than at home. Also, the outside space is fab. I would definitely suggest. I have two kids at Morton Mains and extremely cheerful with their care.

My daughter attends 2 days a week and consistently keen to go back. She loves drawing and consistently has pictures for us. She also loves the outdoors and team take the kids out as much as possible in the private garden, to the allotment or to see the horses.
The team and management are welcoming and attentive and will do anything to help if required. The idea of Spanish lessons for adults to assist the kids’s discovering is remarkable.
My youngest daughter will be attending once my wife finishes maternity leave and I would suggest it to all parents. Morton Mains is an outstanding childcare centre.

The same team who looked after, taught and cared for my daughter are now doing the same for my son 4 years on! They are totally on the ball when it comes to the safety of the kids. Allergies and medication are exceptionally well managed. Positive and constructive feedback are both welcomed and any questions are dealt with in a timely manner. They are consistently looking for new ways to help the kids learn and develop. The healthy meals they provide are incredible. Staff are second to none and we sense very lucky to have had the chance to have both kids go there and looked after so well. Daily feedback about the kid’s day is via the app and verbal from the team at the end of the day. It’s clear the team have so much enjoyable with all the kids. We adore hearing the stories of what they have been up to that day. Management are fabulous and involved in each room and therefore know all the kids very well. Can’t suggest this childcare centre enough. I absolutely adore this childcare centre.

We chose Morton Mains for its location, welcoming team and outdoor facilities – all of which were remarkable.
We paid a little more at Morton Mains than we had at our daughter’s previous childcare centre but it was more than worth it. All of the team from the management down to the key workers and cooks were absolutely remarkable. They take complete care of safety, discovering, development, nutrition and so much more. The various key-workers that supported our daughter on her journey were thoughtful, attentive and knowledgable. Lots of little touches made all the difference from free fruit to toothbrushes and toothpaste, little anecdotes from kids and weekly emails to wrap up one week and set out the agenda for the week to come.
I would absolutely suggest Bright Horizons to any parent looking for a inviting, attentive setting for their kid to be welcomed into. Our daughter was at Bright Horizons Morton Mains from age 2 to almost 4, starting in the Bumblebees (downstairs) and then becoming a Dragonfly (upstairs).

He made friends immediately and the educators were so welcoming. It’s a spotless space with plenty to keep them busy and stimulate them. The team consistently make time to tell me how he’s been that day and what he’s eaten. They spend huge amounts of time outside come rain or shine, discovering sports and yoga which I adore. The menus are really varied and he’s trying new things all the time. He comes home upbeat but exhausted every day and looks forward to going the next. He’s developing into a considerate and well mannered little boy. Can’t fault it, genuinely the best childcare centre he’s been to (5 already). My kid couldn’t be happier.

Both of our kids adore going to childcare centre. The childcare centre team are all outstanding – they consistently keep us updated, they are welcoming, approachable and it is clear that our kids get on well with them all. We have no doubt that our kids are well looked after, cared for, encouraged and educated. The managers are approachable and regularly in contact with us. The childcare centre itself is in a lovely setting which is perfect for young kids. I can’t rate the childcare centre and the team highly enough, they do a fantastic job and are a hugely important part of both of our kids’s lives. We have 2 kids attending Morton Mains, our eldest attended from the baby room and is now 3 and our youngest is currently in the baby room.

There’s a huge focus on getting the kids outside as much as possible and a excellent level of emotional assistance and discovering for the kids. I have two kids there who have been immensely cheerful and the oldest is being well-prepared for school in the summer. There’s a big drive to involve parents in the childcare centre decisions and the management team are very approachable. Occasionally the updates can be a bit last-minute or slow but it’s improved since the introduction of their app. I’d highly suggest. A truly lovely childcare centre with remarkable team, great food and a big outdoor and garden area.

It’s a excellent place for them to learn and grow, these is assistance for various stages of their discovering and welfare. There are regular crafts and outdoor discovering, the kids are encouraged to be hands on and inventive in their playtime. We have moved to regular daily updates via an app, so everything from what they ate, nappy changes and photos of crafts and activities. The app is also a excellent way of communicating and changes in routine or for us to signpost holiday days. The food has consistently been great and both of ours have tended to eat most of what is on offer, we don’t need to supply food (or nappies) which is a huge plus. The team are consistently welcoming and seek to understand the needs of each kid. We’d highly suggest Morton Mains as a childcare centre. We have two kids at Morton Mains and have used the childcare centre for the last 4 years.

The team are remarkable, welcoming, attentive, intuitive regards the kids’s needs and have played a positive role in shaping our kids’s personalities through playtime and tailored discovering activities with anything from numbers to Spanish. The facilities are excellent and really open themselves to outdoor playtime which both of ours adore! Rain or shine there consistently seems to be the option of heading out, growing veggies, building obstacle courses, making dens, mud-kitchen enjoyable and picnics. When our eldest leaves this summer to go to school it will be a very sad day for her! We currently have two kids attending Bright Horizons Morton Mains Early Learning and Childcare and I would highly suggest it to any prospective parent.
