November 5, 2024 at 2:13 amThe team are welcoming and most importantly very approachable. If any issues arise from fees to kids care specifics, I have found that I can just lift the phone and it will be dealt with. We have been with them for almost a year, they have activities for the kids, they bake, they role playtime, on nice days they playtime outside and my youngest even had a graduation ceremony for moving from Preprimary care to after school care, which she enjoyed very much. My girls and I adore Jollytots.

January 6, 2025 at 3:41 pmA lot of emphasis on discovering and development through playtime and music. Good outside space to delight in playtime and fresh air in great weather. Would highly suggest. Excellent day childcare centre, welcoming well-trained team who helped my daughter to settle in.

January 14, 2025 at 11:46 amShe talks about the other kids by name and also the team, she even wanted to name a new pet after a member of team that she is particularly fond of. She tells me about the games she has played, songs she has sung and gives me any artwork/crafts she has made that day. She started going to Jollytots due to childcare circumstances changing suddenly and the childcare centre team were very understanding and supportive with the days and hours that were required. I am very cheerful with the care provided by all of the team. My daughter has been going to Jollytots part time for around 10 months and is very settled in the pre-school room.

I would highly suggest Jollytots to anyone and would happily place any of my 10 grandchildren in their care. Also, the food is amazingly varied and nutritional every day. The cook is fabulous.
Thank you all the team at Jollytots, for your continued care and assistance. Our family has been using Jollytots childcare centre now for around 7 years, first with one grandson, then overlapped with a niece, who both still talk about it fondly and now again with my one-year-old grandson.
We have consistently found the team to be welcoming, supportive and efficient but more importantly, they do not just care for the kids, they are attentive towards them, warm and welcoming.

April 27, 2025 at 11:16 pmMy daughter was very shy and nervous at the start but with the encouragement and assistance from the team she quickly blossomed! I cannot commend all the team at Jollytots enough on the incredible job they do. My little one consistently talks about the team, she just adores them, and they’ve helped her grow and develop so much since starting. I couldn’t imagine her ever going elsewhere and know when my next little one is older she will absolutely be going up Jollytots too! Jollytots is an outstanding childcare centre.

May 17, 2025 at 3:45 amNow 6 years later my son has been with them for 2 years and again they excell themselves The team are incredible, my son cries not to leave. They helped my son with his speech as he struggled. Also, fussy eater and allergies and they would go out of their way to make him what he wanted. Taught him so much. I myself struggled at times and they were more than cheerful to accommodate me in any way they could. I suggest Jollytots to anyone! Fantastic childcare centre and incredible, welcoming team. My daughter went to Jollytots for 2 years and she loved it so much and the team adored her, they taught her so much and cared for her to the point they cried the day she left.

My kid has so far gone through 3 different aged rooms and I can say everyone has been very accommodating and they have all worked brilliantly depending on her needs.

June 16, 2025 at 3:26 amHe is constantly singing childcare centre rhymes, referring to things that he did in daycare that day. He knows the names of the kids in the room with him and refers to them as his friends. He talks about the team in a loving way and refers to conversations/discovering opportunities he has experienced in daycare.
When I drop him off the team are welcoming, attentive and welcoming. I was very impressed when my husband went unannounced to pick my Grandson up that the team weren’t for handing him over.
Thanks girls you are doing a excellent job. I am very impressed with my 3-year-old Grandsons progression.
