Busy Bees Melrose

Both my husband and I are key workers for the NHS and we would not have been able to cope without the help and security we are provided by the personnel at Melrose Busy Bees. They really take the time to get to know your kids making the kids delighted and excited to enrol at nursery setting. Our eldest young lad joined before starting school prior year and I can honestly say that the team and sites are remarkable.

The team are fantastic, extremely cordial, supportive and always accommodating. Our boy enjoys Busy Bees and he is always cheerful to go back. Busy Bees Melrose is a fantastic nursery setting, it is well organised, exceptionally spotless and secure. We strongly endorse Busy Bees Melrose for any parent who is looking for peace of mind knowing that their kid is best cared for. The girls have done an excellent job with my son’s headway and we are exceptionally pleased with the care and enjoy they show him. The little ones have lots of educational and outdoor activities which promotes their exploring and physical progress.

Across the four different rooms, he has joined (as he has grown) the crew have all had the same high levels of professionalism and care. His advancement has also been encouraged at each stage. I’m really pleased with the decision we made when choosing Busy Bees. In this time he has received nothing but first‑rate care from everyone involved. He has strong relationships with lots of the crew and enjoys going in every day. My boy has joined Busy Bees Melrose since he was nine months old – he is now three.

Our boy adores attending and always comes home so thrilled and full of energy and enthusiasm. This nursey is fantastic. Always seem attentive to the needs of the little ones as individuals and do a variety of activities plus plenty of outdoor time. Could not advocate it strongly enough! The fact that it is all-inclusive means it is extremely convenient for a busy working parent. Staff are always kind and welcoming and operate a home from home atmosphere for the babies and tweenies which is truly nurturing. The food is great and they have their own chef which I think is just incredible!

I can not suggest Busy Bees, Melrose enthusiastically enough. From the incredible crew to the lovely rooms and fantastic activities for the little ones, this nursery setting is absolutely wonderful. I feel as though it is a proper little community and I’m so glad that we can be part of it. They’ve accommodated us and never made us feel as though any of our questions are silly. My little one is truly small but the team take exceptional support of him and have been nothing but supportive and understanding. We’re always given a full rundown at the end of the day about how he’s been and they are always so pleased to see him.

Last Friday we were able to see our eldest boy perform his Christmas concert via Teams. We were so thankful and lucky to be able to see him singing and we’ve enjoyed preparing with him at home too. The kids performed so well and the level of effort and preparation that had been put in by the personnel was both considerable and most evident! So a huge thank you to all the team involved and much appreciated! The kids sang about six songs and they were encouraged and praised throughout. It was clear how much time and effort had gone into the short concert and the fact that despite not being able to go into nursery setting to watch as in previous years the Teams link was created for parents to see. There were actually three separate performances on different days and at different times, so as to accommodate different working schedules.

I have two little ones here in different rooms. They mostly carry out our wishes regarding naps/meals/medications and give good feedback on how the youngsters are doing. They are well looked after and always greeted by cordial and approachable crew.
