This wouldn’t have happened without the care and assistance from the team at the early‑years hub. I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made sending her here. My little one has was enrolled at Kids@BT9 since 2019. I will be as downhearted as is to say goodbye in August. The kid support she received over the years has been so good for her on a personal level along with her group. Please get an after-school support room so we can come back! Seeing the advancement she has made during this final preschool year is emotional as I have watched her grow into an independent, confident wee girl.

My boy just adores going into the early‑years hub and every evening when collecting him he comes out buzzing about what he has done that day. I honestly am delighted I found Kids@BT9 to look after my little one, from the extremely first phone call I knew BT9 was the place to give me the peace of mind I needed while leaving my boy as I went to work. Kids@BT9 is a fantastic early‑years hub, I feel my young lad has progressed extremely well with his speech and has become a whole lot more self‑assured interacting with other youngsters and adults. The management and personnel really make you feel so at ease, I am kept well informed, and the standard of support is exceptional.

My boy has adored every minute he has spent here and my youngest will hopefully be following suit next school year as I’m not ready to say goodbye to the place just yet! I really couldn’t advocate this place enough for your little ones, the crew are all just so incredibly kind and caring and most importantly you can really see that your child’s progress is at the centre of everything. She has so much journey and strong knowledge of what is important for children’s advancement. The manager just shows she really cares about her role and really seems to have such a good awareness of each individual kid. They do so many extra little things that make such a difference whether it’s the music class or visits from coach or the coffee and tea morning they put on for us mums on Mother’s Day, all their trips out with the kids and the opportunity they create for us parents to get involved too. They just do so much for kids and parents.

We cherish the creative, messy and fun ways our young lady can games here. Kids@bt9 provides exceptional support for our little one. We enjoy that the little ones and crew are from diverse backgrounds and are so welcoming. The sites are bright and homely and the garden is incredible with so many simple yet innovative ways to playtime, construction area, water table, story corner, mud kitchen etc. We enthusiastically endorse Kids@bt9 and can say we are grateful for how well they have looked after our young lady. The crew are warm, professional, good at communicating and genuinely caring. Our girl has grown in confidence whilst being at Kids@bt9.

When I made the decision to return to work I viewed numerous childcare establishments, at one point I was reconsidering my decision to return as I couldn’t bare leaving my little one in some of the places I viewed. I couldn’t advocate kids@BT9 enough! That was until I met the manager of kids@BT9 and had a viewing! Unlike some places, things were hidden. I wanted somewhere to help develop/stimulate, and that’s exactly what she gets. The crew attention about her progress as much as I do. The food/nutrition they provide is also unbelievable. Since we have started the team have been incredible, especially during the settling in period. The sites were spotless, all the little ones were so pleased and the interaction they had from the crew were fantastic! I can not suggest kids@BT9 enough! The viewing was fantastic from start to finish, it wasn’t rushed and there wasn’t a room I wasn’t shown. Each room had premises for their age group, and I knew straight away this was the place!

He’s been attending since he was nine months old and he is now three. The personnel are an incredible bunch of girls and I couldn’t be happier with the standard of care that he receives. My boy is always thrilled and smiling when I drop him off and when I collect him. My little one absolutely adores this early‑years hub. The nursery setting is also spotless (something that I would always look for), and he’s well-fed while he’s there. I would strongly suggest Kids@BT9 to anyone that is looking for a daycare/preschool place for their kid.

Staff have a truly caring nature. They provide education at appropriate level and my youngsters always seem to be having fun. Excellent early‑years hub, extremely high standards. Always has the children’s best interest at the heart of everything.

My boy has started since September 2022 and he enjoys it. Every thing is brilliant, especially activities, sites and resources. The team are all caring professionals, they take their time to know my little one and help him to be ready for school next year.

The pre-school organises stay-and-play sessions, frequent parental meetings and a beautiful graduation at the end of the year. The early‑years hub has so many strengths. Both of our sons enrol at Kids@BT9 and our youngest is booked to go to (from the summer). My eldest kid has enjoyed some of the best days of his life at the pre-school. I have always felt that I am encouraged to games an active part in the childcare centre journey. I have full trust in the leadership. Partnership with parents is one of the priorities and I really commend the childcare centre. His happiness and well-being are paramount and his treasure for the mentors is evident.
