My little girl has gained much confidence ever since being part of the day‑care and her speech and motor skills have improved greatly. Friendly and useful team, a variety of daily sessions for the kids and a clean space.

The food that is provided is also extremely wonderful and my little boy has development healthy eating habits. I have watched my little boy grow into a extremely delighted, confident and outgoing individual who is genuinely delighted to be dropped off every morning. I was extremely anxious leaving him in someone else’ s care 5 days a week but he settled in extremely well and that is without doubt due to the team that work at the day‑care. My little boy has been attending Cove Bay Kindergarten for approximately 13 months and we are extremely delighted with the care and service that the day‑care provides.

The team are terrific, building wonderful relationships with the kids and guardians alike. She’ s come on leaps and bounds ever since starting there, particularly with her speaking and adopting a daily routine. Our little girl has attended Cove Bay Kindergarten for over a year now and she has consistently loved it.

January 7, 2025 at 10:20 amFees are expensive but no more so than any other day‑care in the local area and I sense that we definitely get our money’ s worth. A lot of improvements have also been made to the indoor space recently. I like that the day‑care itself is reasonably small( compared to others I visited) and has a lovely’ homely’ atmosphere. Food is cooked on site and is healthy and varied. Online development journals are used so you able see what they’ ve been development. Activities are planned and varied and have helped my little boy develop lots of new skills. Staff are superb; extremely welcoming and approachable whilst still professional and the manager is consistently extremely useful, ensuring she engages with guardians regularly and keeps us updated. Great day‑care- my little boy is extremely delighted here and has formed positive bonds with the team in his room.

My grandson has continued to thrive. Staff have been supportive and have engaged with me giving me a detailed handover at collection following the secure hand over procedures in place. During the current situation, the procedures in place have kept me at ease knowing that my grandson’ s safety and needs were a priority. My grandson has settled well into the day‑care ever since starting in March 2020.

My little girl’ s transition from one room to another was extremely well handled and she adores to go to preschool. They consistently keep me up to date through the app. They cater for my little girl’ s dietary requirements. Very delighted with overall day‑care.

The reassuring feeling I get every morning handing over my precious kids is priceless. I able’ t suggest this day‑care and the lovely team enough. They are never bored. There are consistently plenty of toys, books and interactive things for the kids. Brilliant idea, I sit and go through them often. I also get access to development journals online which have photos and what they have learnt that day. Every pick up we get a detailed report on what they have been up to, nappy changes, sleep and what they have eaten. The food options are consistently terrific and well balanced. They get to play in muddy puddles, messy play and just have the time of their lives. All the team speak to both my kids and make them sense equally important and supported. They have so much enjoyable, encouragement and experiences. My kids adore this day‑care.

We had our concerns over how our little girl( 3yrs) would transition to the new day‑care but the team made her sense extremely welcome. Our precious day‑care closed unexpectedly.
